I have raised complaint to amazefit regarding the watch which is not working after some days. I am not able to turn on or charge the product and it is in warranty period.
I tried calling on customer support but its not responding back.

I had purchased Amazfit GTR2 Order No.44505 on May 3rd 2023 and as when i received the order. I opened the product to check but honestly i did not like the product and called the company on support nos and WhatsApp they then told to mail, which i did and i told i did not like the product and what to return. Now they say that product is open and cannot be accepted and respond in irrelevant ways... They website return policy says if you don't like the product should be returned in sealed way. What kind of nonsense policy is that a person pays Rs.12799/- and without seeing the product how can he decide if this is liked by him or not.

I ordered the watch from Amazonfit India but I returned the watch and the watch has gone back to the company but till now my money is not returned help me it is not listening call is also not working and emailing So these people are not even giving any response

I ordered the watch from Amazonfit India but I returned the watch and the watch has gone back to the company but till now my money is not returned help me it is not listening call is also not working and emailing So these people are not even giving any response

Bought a smartwatch amazefit Trex on 15th June 2022.
Wanted a exchange within 7 days of purchase due to product specifications not suitable for my use. Wanted to exchange for a higher model.

Toll free numbers not functional or no response to rings.

WhatsApp helpline number no response.

Email Communication established, but since after 17th June 2021, there is no further response to my queries....

I ordered a Amazfit Bip U smartwatch from amazfit company on 15.04.2022 and I am waiting for the delivery but still didn't get any delivery updates. I tried to contact them multiple times but unable to connect. I want e refund of the amount asap.
