We received a roko box for Christmas and our son set us up with a promotion for 3 months of free music. We have hardly used it and not really interested in it. We would like to cancel this program and stop the $9.99 charge that is going on my Amazon visa credit card. Is there any way this matter can be taken care of for me to Cancelling this program.
