Amazon Refund — Amazon refund is not credited to my bank account

My name is Riaj Hossain and I had ordered a earphone of RS.339 Boult audio bassbuds earphone in Amazon on 16th May, 2022 and on that day I exchange it.next on 21th may my exchange product is delivered but after 21th may, 2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22th may, 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account (Union Bank Of India) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Union Bank Of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
