My name is Riaj Hossain and I had ordered a earphone of RS.339 Boult audio bassbuds earphone in Amazon on 16th May, 2022 and on that day I exchange it.next on 21th may my exchange product is delivered but after 21th may, 2022 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22th may, 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account (Union Bank Of India) but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]...

Amazon says Your refund for the order[protected] of Rs.749.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by Next 5 business days.but still now I didn't get my refund amount in my bank account...

Sir, the refund of 245rs + refund of 291rs was processed successfully from amazon. They told me to wait 23rd May but still now I didn't get my refund amount..

I donot recieve refund payment in my account however it was successfully refunded by Amazon as if I have reference id of transaction

I requested refund process of amount 799/- on 25th june and it was success and credited amount on 30th june but i didn't recieve my money it was not credited in my bank. They told me to ask my banks customer care regarding the refunded money. They have given me reference number 442008
