Amazon Us — unauthorized credit card charges | |
I just found out that i have been charged over more than a year, for an amazon prime account and that i am not even a member. I talked to my daughter so see if she has done this with my name and she assured me she has not done so, i believe her. I can not imagine who could it be. I need you to please: investigate this matter and refund me all the money i have paid you because of this. Thank you for your kind consideration to this matter. Luisa m. The problem with these sites is that they store your credit card number and make unauthorized charging of the same. Sadly they don't have a facility to delete the card number from your account. It's a trick followed by these online shopping sites.
