9 the may i booked a phone on emi in amazonemi.in. They demand me downpayment as all co. Demand i pay 2500 via upi [protected]@dbs (S. Mirtyunjaya's) but then he get money. They ignored calls no reply emails

Today's 11 they say today your handset deliver but didn't get any delivery

Kindly help take action against this comapany

Today i am buying redmi note 7 pro on amazonemi.in on emi basis and i paid 1000 rs on upi id [protected]@dbs after that they didn't answer my call nither reply to my mail please take strict action against this website and website owner thank you

My order was not delivered yet, but you have mentioned delivery date on 17 june 2019 as in the attached file please let me know what's the problem??
While im calling for +[protected] this number they were not receiving...

On the 10 auguast i received mail and a call by a person they provide details and sent mr some mails and says to downpay and they delievered the product but when i pay downpayement by upi [protected]@dbs when they received amout than they cant riply me nither accept my calls and answering mails
