Sir, I have purchased through my son Redme watch 2 lite on 08.07.2023 along with one more smart watch from Mi store in Brookfiled, Coimbatore.
The manufacture date as mentioned in the Box was April, 2022.
However, the watch strap has manufacturing defect and with in a year of purchase, got torn and strap came off from the watch and I am unable to use the same.
I searched locally here for the watch strap and is not available...

Purchased mobile from Amazon, Facing frequent signal loss and will not resolve until reboot. Every day need to reboot 5 to 6 times. Missing many calls due to this issue. Raised complaint, went to service center. They updated software but issue still remains. Now when i raise grievance cases.. they are simply closing the cases saying go and contact service center. No proper response. Grievance is telling to contact amazon for shipping this product.

Hi Team,

I had purchased Mi filter in November 2021. After the purchase the filter worked for few months. Post that I have been facing the purification issues frequently.
After connecting with customer support, when the technician visits, they only report candle problem. Despite of replacing with new candles the purifier failed to work.
I have been raising complaints with the company for nearly 1.5 - 2 years....

This company representative make the people fool on the name of the profitable investment.
I have trapped by them and have loss of 35000/- in one and first day and within 5 minutes trading.
This is big Fraud Company.

Device is not able to mop due to water not able to dispense. Had raised complaint but not resolved.

On Nov 15 2023, I placed a order of Redmi Note 12(6GBGB) 4G and the order was timed out but the payment of Rs.10056 as emi for 6 months is deducted from our SBI account credit card and still even after a week, the money is not refunded in our SBI Account. Kindly take action and solve the issue....

My Redmi watch 2 lite is under warranty (till 15-Jan-2024) but the touch screen is facing ghost touch and stopped responding since last few days. Display is working only touch has issues.
