ups are not working

Respected sir
I have informed you, i m working at tehsil campus lalitpur as e-district manager, lalitpur. I have purchased four to computer with all hardware and accessiores. But now a days one ups are not working.
Please resolve the complain and help us how the problem are resloved as soon as possbile.
I will highly obiliged and greatful for you.

No response in ups repairing

Sir,

We are management college named shepa based at varanasi.
We are using online acpl ups from last 5 years. Acpl - ups 20 kva installed at our college was not functioning and was repaired for many times without any proper result.
20 kva ups at shepa is currently not working due to blast in igbt on 10 april 2016.
Apart from various reminders to your varanasi office till now no one has attended the...
