I too have been pestered for more money all done over the phone nothing in writing so have no proof of what has been said or what has been sold to me every time I think I understand what I have paid for I am told something different and it will cost more.Have requested email confirmation of conversations but none are forthcoming.Why is everyone moaning and doing nothing about this enough complaints put together and maybe something could be done
