    Please do not use this company, they made a very poor web site then when i complained that it was not what we agreed they said they would change it but it wasn't done. Their excuse was that it was a particular member of staff that was the problem and that he had left the company and another person took over but i never heard from them until they contacted me for a renewal but when i pointed out that the web site was never finished and made live they just said that they they had hosted it in their server so they have for-filled their obligation so they were justified in keeping my money. I had paid for a non template web site and extra for optimising the site but in fact never receive an up a running web site

      I have been locked in with amcs for one year and have to say the customer service is rubbish. They make promises when you call them but nothing happens unless you call them millions if times.

      The design was not worth the money. The seo is complete rubbish. They just add a couple of words to the text and that's it.
      I hardly get any enquiries via the website.

      The only time they act with any urgency is when they are chasing payment. You get 10 calls in one day for payment nut when it comes to service it's like beating a dead donkey.

      When my contract is up i'm leaving these guys. I could do a better job myself.

      They are a complete waste of money.

        After a lot of calls offering the all singing all dancing website I agreed to go with them (AMCS also called NEW WORLD DIGITAL MEDIA)
        What a big mistake that was first payed in November its now end of June and guess what iv still not got a web site after getting links for art pack that don't work now 4 times a web design company will send it in the post REALY after 6 months still no web page and the only contact iv had is me calling a premium rate number to try and sort it out oh and 2calls from them trying to sell me an upgrade and to sell me a web site that iv already payed for and still not received people please stay away from these run run run as first as you can tell you that you will get an all singing all dancin site then the call from a very rude Scottish bloke telling me if I pay £500 I will get loads of extras that I was told would be there in the first place told him no his reply was then you'll get a crap very basic site nobody will see or be able to find and this was after 24hrs of paying as I say people please RUN RUN RUN THE OTHER WAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

          Stay well clear of this company they promise the earth and don't deliver.
          They take your money and give very little in return. When you ask for things to be done they say they will but don't. And when you eventually get through to them to complain about it they take the website down saying it is there property.. I thought i had paid for it.. Apparently not

          All in all..very poor service
          I am received internally Damaged Washing Machine from Flipkart but the Flipkart Not return back nor replaced the item while its technical visit & uninstall Successful and I am inform by mail and Tel-Call to Flipkart many times ……I want replace of my product or Cash return back

            This companies SEO services which I received was very poor. I have complained a few times with no resolution. If I was to rate them it would be a big fat zero. 18 months of SEO was undertaken and the site was back on page 7. This and any other company who offer these services needs to tell the customer what they need to do to make the site work effectively work when the money for SEO work is undertaken. Really, this company do not give a hoot or a good quality service that you would receive from a good company. You can not even change your key words and phrases without getting a £200+ charge when good companies quite often charge very little, dont charge at all or you can even have the access to undertake the changes yourself.
            All blagging and bluffing not all singing and dancing. Like a fish, hooked, reeled in, and left gasping after the fight and small businesses cant take it. My SEO words were duplicated on different pages even. Demo out side there building next dressed as a big orange carrot. Anyone else going to join me?

              AMCS Internet sold us a package with a final figure but as time went on they where asking constantly for extra payments to complete the website which should have been included in the price. We would get a phone call from AMCS in the middle of the day saying that they needed payments for extra works which should have been included in the price we where originally given. We where told that Search engine Optimisation was included in the package and then got a call from AMCS asking for a payment of £1200 to pay extra for this. After several phone calls and a lot of very unpleasant conversations with AMCS they then said as a good will gesture they would reduce the cost to £900 !!! We felt completely robbed but had to pay this amount to try and get our website completed. AMCS never return calls, they only ever call when they want money !!! Even whilst the website was being built we where being charged for hosting, which should only have ever been charged once the website was completed. After finally completing the website after a very long and tiresome ordeal with AMCS the website was live for 1 month and then have noticed this evening that they have taken the website down with out any prior notice or contacting us. AMCS have continued to behave in a very unprofessional manner and fraudulent. The sales team at AMCS have no respect to their clients and have been very very rude and forcing their clients to pay more money over and over again for things that should have been included or client being informed about potential additional payments. It has been a nightmare to deal with this company and has caused me a lot of distress. I would highly recommend that people stay away and do not use this company.

                On 17 October an unauthorized payment of 178.80 has being withdrawn from my Barclays company account.
                It followed an authorized payment 3 days.
                This company is promising everything you want, while you pay. After that iit is impossible to make them provide the service you paid for. After the first payment (promised to be the only one) they start asking for more and more money because they have paid already for you, for search optimization, control panel and more. On top of that they took extra money from my account few days after my last payment without any notice or information pretending that they don't see this in their system. This is a con company. If you see AMCS INTERNET LTD just run away from these troublemakers.

                  I have had nothing but problems from this company from the start. After quite a few initial teething problems I finally got my site the way I wanted it.

                  Then they messed it up again, deleted work that I had edited on the page, not updated an email address which I requested, this company does a quick botch job for quick cash. They dont care about their customers

                  I get a call eventually, from Chris, says it will be fixed in a couple of hours, a few days later - NOTHING has changed. This outfit is a shambles!!!

                    Do not have any business relations with this company. They drag you in with their hostess with the mostess and once they grab your money they do not understand the word communication/response to an email/response to a phone call / nothing. They are downright rude in terms of giving you a genuine answer back and continue to play you with ignorance. I will be taking my complaint further as i am yet to see a website in which i 'upgraded' to silver and then to 'gold' because i wanted a website that would look some type of quality. I am

                      Avoid at all costs. Made me a basic website with other companies name throughout it on numerous paragraphs. Then told me if I did not approve by a certain date it would be sent live and the other half of my invoice would be due. Nothing bespoke about this companies website just a basic template with wording ripped of other companies websites. When I complained on facebook they blocked me!!! Very professional

                        Never use this company! Paid £400 for the year and not once was our website regularly maintained. I phoned several times to complain to which they got fed up of and gave us our own log in details to manage the website. I thought this was shocking as we have paid them £400 which includes them to mange the site. The customer service team are nothing but arrogant, rude and useless. This company will happily take every penny from you with nothing to show for it! Our company email and website are always down which it appalling when we are trying to run a business. I've also phoned to complain about this and was told they were having maintenance work done but yet they didn't bother to inform any of their clients/customers of this! Once the extremely rude man at the end of the telephone had told me this he then hung up! Once we find a more professional company to go with we will then be telling amcs where to stick it and will be demanding my money back!!!

                          Amcs talked me into having a website built, telling me there was a cooling off period of 14 days to think it over. However once the money had been paid I read the no cancellation policy. After a call to discuss the matter, I was told there is no business to business protection in consumer rights. I thought it odd to say that rather than sorry you feel you have been misled. This company really is awful, no response to email or call backs. Don't deal with them, any complaint will not be taken seriously, and your bank will have to retrieve your money. But unless amcs can prove an agreement was made, they will have to return the funds. At no point have a felt anything other than duped by a good sales patter which was untrue.

                            AMCS internet first got in touch with me saying they could design a 3 page website for just £200 when it was done the webpage was nothing like the type of work I do eventually they redesigned it but said it would do better if it was on facebook and twitter this was a further £500 then I was told it wasn't mobile and this would boost my ratings another £500 when the website did go live first it wasn't connected to facebook every time I rang it went to answer machine so left message but nobody got back to me then to get my website to a ten page it was another £500 I have spent £2500 in total .This company takes as much money as they can but doesn't deliever what they promise

                              I have purchased a web site from them for £118, then before receiving it I was told I had to pay anther £400 to get google to work for it, I now know I am one of the many that they have scammed . They don't return any calls. When I read all these reviews they are all exactly the same as my experience with AMCS

                                Having read some of the comments it all sounds familiar as the same thing is happening to me and obviously all of you as well in particular the mystery letters, why would an internet company with your email address send you a letter through the post an email is free and is reliable the post is not and costs but I think we all know these letters are never sent so it gives them the chance to tell you did not give any prior warning you do not want the thing they are telling you they are now going to charge you for and of course it is not possible to give any notice as you had no prior knowledge of it in the first place great SCAM dont you think.Trading Standards need to be informed by all of you

                                    My name is Lorraine Marshall 2 Robertson Drive Bellshill ML4 2EQ Your company called Stephen Murray Plasterer (same address). It was a cold call at his work when on site about a google advert. During this call he spoke to two woman ~ Jo and Sarah One of these women took £300 from my Card (Lorraine Marshall) without my authorisation. Stephen Murray told the woman over and over it wasn't his card. The money was taken from my card without my permission. A block has been put on my card and I want my money back. Please call me on[protected]. I will take further action if this is not resolved as soon as possible. I have called on[protected] and they have not called back yet.

                                      Reading all the reviews, we to have had the same issues, they constantly promise this & that, take your money & don't do anything. Well its time to hit back I have sent a recorded letter to the MD (don't know his name because everyone who works for amcs won't give it). which he should get today around 1:00pm & I have now reported them to Standard Trading & if they harass us any more I will be taking it to Information Commissioners Office.

                                      I suggest that anyone else who has a complaint about this company they should do the same LETS GET RID OF THIS THIEVING COMPANY

                                        You have taken my money in Feb this year, over 6 weeks ago I sent stuff to you with regards to the website, u have sent me No proofs or emails. I now want a full refund on my money by close of business tomorrow, or I am going to my bank Monday morning
