I had ordered 2 shirts online on 23rd Nov 2015 from www.americanswan.com. Order #AS[protected]. I received the product on 25th Nov 2015. As i checked the size by wearing it, I realized that by mistake i placed order for wrong size. Size ordered was 44 (XL), but i needed size 46 (XXL). I immediately called the customer care helpline the same day, but could not get thru their nos as it was continuous busy. I mailed them & next day again i tried to contact them. This time i got connected & they assisted me by exchange procedure. They told me that my area does not come in their pick up category, so i would have to courier them the 2 shirts & mail them the courier receipt. I did it as per them. Return Order no created was RMA[protected]. I received a return order confirmation from them on 27th Nov 2015. I couriered the 2 shirts to them in same packing on 28th Nov 2015 & mailed them the scan copy of the courier receipt. On 29th Nov i mailed them again requesting same shirts to be sent to me but in my required size 46 (XXL). On 1st Dec 2015 i received a mail from them that once they receive the product so they will credit my account with the shirts value along with courier charges incurred by me. On 3rd Dec 2015 i received a mail from them that my order has been delivered to them. Again on 4th Dec i received an another mail regarding my order delivery to them & my store credits has been updated to Rs.980 ( 800 for shirt & 180 for courier). I mailed them immediately on 4th Dec 2015 asking for the store credit of 2nd shirt. They replied to me on 8th Dec 2015 saying that they have received only 1 shirt & please check with the courier company for the 2nd shirt delivery. I replied back immediately & informed them that both shirts was in one packing. So they need to check at the place of their delivery. They should have informed us if the packing was damaged during delivery. I informed them that the packing cannot be tampered. If tampered then it would easily be known. On 9th Dec 2015 i received a mail again from them that my request is forwarded to the concerned department. On 13th Dec i mailed them asking about the status of my refund. Till date there is no reply from their side. As i am out of India, my wife had a talk with them. The customer care executive again could not reply with any answer & said we will get back to you shortly. As per the courier receipt, the weight is 500gms. We have spoken to them that their each shirt would not weight 500gms to which they agreed. All i want is my refund back.
