I bought certain things in american swan and returned a few and the amount was credited as store credits. They said they don't refund partial return items in the bank. I purchased again and returned all items but in this case, i should have received the refund amount in the bank but they said i have used earlier store credits to pay for the order and hence they can't refund and eventually shut down.

I have been purchased cloths from american swan online store but some outfits were not of good quality were returned due to their low quality and size problem, according to their policy they returned the amount in form of credit walleet which can be used dor shopping again. but after some days when i checked the websites shows that they are not acceptng orders they will be back soon but sometime later when i checked again site was closed....

I purchased 2 items and due to bad quality of products, returned it back. Even my store credit for more than 500 rupees struck. The site also closed and no customer care support . But now came to know that there is no existing website, even cannot connect to customer care and app is also not working. E-mail cannot be sent to the given mail address. I have bought a product from American Swan in the month of august 2016 .
