I have purchased one shoes with order no AS[protected] dt on[protected] worth value of Rs 1000 thorough on line shopping but still not received the order. Have tracked the shipment no DELASWP271035 viewing as the order is In Transit to PUNE PCMC. I have called customer care of Gojavas also, they said wait till Friday - 25/09/2015 we will receive your shipment. Once received to Pune branch we will deliver to you. It is really appalling the response received from Customer care. I would recommend to Online shoppers never purchase a single product of American swan. I will post on social media sites as well.
