I have been purchased cloths from american swan online store but some outfits were not of good quality were returned due to their low quality and size problem, according to their policy they returned the amount in form of credit walleet which can be used dor shopping again. but after some days when i checked the websites shows that they are not acceptng orders they will be back soon but sometime later when i checked again site was closed. they didn't eturn the amount worth rs.1500/ Was this information helpful? | |||

The website is down from long ago and I've money in my americanswan wallet. Need to get it back. I couldn't find any other resource about americanswan to ask about this. Customer care number is not reachable and reply from customer care email as well.
