Amity Business School — Not providing services, unethical behaviour, not refunding

I am trying to contact the support team amity since past one week but they are not responding my mails and resolving my issues.
Last date of Payment was 10th may 2017, but there is no payment option available and I need to do that urgently,
I have a trail of mail that I sent to them but no response.
They are not providing me refund also for the payment that I did by mistakenly as they gave me the option to pay, for the service that I already availed.
they need to pay me Rs 515 and Rs 418 something that they took cunningly with me as I already paid that amount.
