Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a working individual from the Insurance Industry in India. Today is 11th of July 2022, which is the last day for submission of online assessments for the current semester. I am left with 5 assessments and Amity's Portal to access the course from "My Course" section is not working though I have tried on different systems, laptops and phones.

Will we, as your students, be given additional time to comeplete the same? With bad weather conditions and work I was glad to hear that the submission date had been extended but now when i am trying to access the course to complete the assessments it throws a 502 Bad Gateway error which is a common error when you server is not responding.

I sincerely request someone to please look into this and provide all Amity Students who have faced this, with at least a few hours to complete the same.

My husband was a student of Amity University Kolkata. They take security deposit of Rs. 25000. We went to claim our deposit mANY TIMEs after completion of education along with BBA completion certificate. However every time they used to come up new ### reasons like teacher is absent, exams going on, teachers are busy, amity delhi will decide and is taking time. Now when I enquired after few years they are saying they have forfeited the money and could not return it. Also they are coming up with excuses like management has changed and the are not aware of anything now.

I had paid fees in April 2022 for Jan 2022 session to take admission in the online MBA course, however without attending any classes, just after a week I applied for cancellation and requested to refund my course fee. Inpsite of repeated emails, Amity is not processing my refund. They are openly making mockery o[censored]GC guidelines.
As per UGC Guidelines, university cannot forfeit fees and deny any refunds
Request you to take necessary actions to help refund my fees.

Green echo vehicle is not coming for 2 days

I am an ex-student of Amity University Kolkata in the stream of BBA of the batch 2019-22. My Enrollment no. is A[protected]. In the Year of 2020 I left the college. Since then from the month of July 2020, I didn't get back my caution money amounting to Rs.20000 after my academic withdrawal form was submitted. Please take necessary steps and refund my caution money as early as possible....

I would like to bring to your notice hardship I am facing regarding my course extension procedure at Amity University, NOIDA, UP.
I applied for Online distance learning from Amity University for batch[protected] and paid all the fees in time.I also cleared all my exams except one. In 2017 my father got severe paralytic attack and has been in same condition till now because of which I was not able to focus and clear my course on time since we were in financial crisis and also in immense tension. Due to this my course got extended for 3 years and now I want to finish it off and get the degree. I have paid all the extension and pending fees and requested the college authorities to allow me to complete my course and receive the degree. I am aware that it is up to their discretion to allow or not allow me but since 2 months i have been waiting without any reply from Vice Chancellor despite mailing her 5 times. I want to complete the course and get the degree so that I can use it to build my career but the college authorities are not responding. Even if they dont allow me to complete the course atleast give my money back but please don't keep me waiting for another year to again pay late fees and extension fee since I am not economically stable to do so.
Therefore I request you to help me to get my degree from the college this year itself since the batch would be completing in August 2021.

I applied for online bba course on 20th june. I made the payment because they told me that offer period is ending. But very next day an unfortunate event happened with me. Because of which, i thinking i might not be able to gove proper time to my studies. So i am planning to drop this year. I requested my admission counselor for the same. But he didn't helped me. After talking to few friends i got to know about [protected]@amityonline.com. i mailed them for the request for refund.
And this email was sent approximately on 24-25 june. I also requested my admission counselor for the contact details of anyone of senior management who is responsible for refunds or admission. To which he said there's no one.

After the email was sent. I got the call from escalations. But they stopped receiving my calls and stopped replying to emails after knowing that i am applying for refund.

Now after a month. I tried reaching out to admission counselor again. And to my surprise he doesn't cares.

Amity has no system. No framework nothing. Even after a month of payment I haven't received any proof of payment. Nor i have received any updates on refund status or admission procedure.

I have paid semester fee even before they took any docs from me.

Just give me my money according to UGC guidelines. I don't want to be your student or Study at a place where students are treated like third world citizens.

I joined for distance learning online mba who with regret state that i have been cheated by the amity admission counselor - shubam nayyar ([protected]@univo. Amityonline.com) who literally forced me to join the course at the end of the semester. I was unaware of the course details where the semester started in january 19 and the assignments to be submitted by 15th of may and then sit for the exams in june where i joined only on 20th april 19, it is highly impossible.

I had contacted shubham and he is not even attending my call as i am trying from uae to sort out this issues. Also very irresponsible in responding from the administration side.

Please help in this regards as i am following up with them for the refund since last 2 months.

I have book the seat to take admission in amity for pg-ds and amount i have paid 5000 to a book the seat. Now i'm not interested to take admission in amity because they are just calling me for amount only no one calling or ask me for document submission and all for normal admission process.

So to see the behavior of counselor and admission process in amity i decided to not take admission and i want my 5000 refunds.

When ask them to refund my amount they said that amount is not refundable and this kind of things not written anywhere and i spoke to 3 or 4 people from amity and no one resolving these issues and every time they are saying we are looking into it and it 45 days completed now from when i asked for refund.

I want my amount refund.

Hi. I applied for admission in amity university into the mba program. I was selected into the mba finance program. I paid the fees of 140000 for first term. But before start of the batch i got selected into another prestigious b school. So i opted out of amity b school. When i asked about refund of fees they only gave me 20000 back, and didnt refund the rest of the fees. Please advice how to get it back, as i have opted out of their course before the beginning of the session. They got another person admitted at my place, but didnt refund my full money back.

But till now dated august 1, 2018 we did not recieved our refund back. My brother and me are consecutively making frequesnt calls and sending emails to the concerned deparment heads and they say they had passed on our querry to the accounts department and this is happeneing from a very long time, i called the department head to ask for the accounts department number but they say they are not authorize to give us there phone numbers.

This is becoming really dissapointing and we are loosing our patience still i make a humble request to please refund the money as soon as possible and dont let us face anymore inconvenience.

This is regarding complaint of mis commitment or misleading for admission. As i have planned to get admission in mba from amity distance education due to their offer of hospitality management specialition and option to choose free certification course out of three choices along with mba. I told to the admission councellor to provide digital marketing certification course at the time of admission also she assured me for the same. After all the formalities i got admission confirmation mail from amity university on 14th july 2017. When i click on the given link and i login into my account it was showing no option to select course and only 1 course (Six sigma) showing by default. Instantly i informed about the issue to the councellor and sent mail to resolve the issue on same day. I also raised complaint through student portal and they assured me to get it resolved as it happened due to technical issue but after several followups nobody turned up to resolve the issue even they denied to change it by saying that "we can't change it as it is your fault". I am very disappointed with such kind of response and management behaviour. My purpose seems not to be fulfill for which i took admission also i couldn't started my mba course till date. This is totally mis commitment and misleading as they just attract students by making false statement..

Hi sir,. I am student of mca since july 2012 and my course finished in 2015 then centre 44 noida says i have to resubmit project when i resubmit it shows technical error in website to solve my problem course had been drag to 2017. I have submit extension fee and project fee again and again. They are making fool o[censored]s. Now in this may they said your project approved and we will get back to you shortly now it's been more then 5 week they haven't contacted. Now they have removed my profile from website so that i can see update. My experience very frustrating doing course from amity. Kindly sort out my problem and i want my degree soon because i need it. I am trying to contact the support team amity since past one week but they are not responding my mails and resolving my issues.
Last date of Payment was 10th may 2017, but there is no payment option available and I need to do that urgently,
I have a trail of mail that I sent to them but no response.
They are not providing me refund also for the payment that I did by mistakenly as they gave me the option to pay, for the service that I already availed.
they need to pay me Rs 515 and Rs 418 something that they took cunningly with me as I already paid that amount.

I am a student of correspondence MCA course of Amity School of Distance Education.
For a few days my profile on their site: http://www.amity.edu/asodl is not showing.
It shows only a course extension fees and re-exam fees form with some information about remaining exam papers to be cleared.
I have paid the extension fees because the 3 years of course has been finished and now it is 4th year.
I am also unable to get information regarding how to fix the re-exam slots.
They provide a pone number which is always busy.
I want my profile activated and answer my queries regarding exam slot fixing for July, 2017 exams.
But there is no help regarding this.
Kindly help me in this regard.

I have successfully completed my degree in Masters in Financial Management and diploma in French language from Amity University in 2014. I have paid all the fees ( also requested the university to let me know if at all there is any due payment). I have made several requests through my student login for these two certificates. Now my student login has been disconnected as I have finished the course. I have made several email requests and phone calls since the last two years. But the university never responds to our emails, neither the degrees are given. I have also paid Rs. 2, 000 ( Rs. 1, 000/- each) towards courier charges in July 2015 to send these two certificates . I have also written to the vice chanceller of the university. But no response. I have spent huge money to complete these two courses. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help me.

I am a student of ASB Noida who applied for the SAP singapore programme and attended the same. Some amount of the fee for the SAP programme had to be refunded to me which was assured to me by dr. Moorthy, head of AGBS (singapore) and lt col Arun Sharma, Vice President of amity. They have been promising me the refund since Nov 2016 and had also assured me that I will definitely be compensated by 1st week December however it is now 28th of December and the year is coming to an end yet nothing has been done about my refund.
I have proofs in mail regarding the same.

Dear Team,

I have taken admission in 'Amity directorate of distance and online education' for MBA as a distance leaning education And I have successfully passed all semesters(1st to 4th), but university is denying to give Degree for the course.

They are saying CGPA of course should be above 6.00/10.00 for getting degree and my CGPA is 5.75/10.00.

They did not instructed me about this while I had taken admission.

I need this degree on urgent basis for my current job promotion, So I am requesting you to help me on above issue.
And suggest required action from my side.
