I took admission and paid 60000 in march for admission of my daughter, i was not given any receipt and registration number. My daughter attended school for three days without admission no. and then i withdraw her from the school . After many follow ups i was refunded 40000 and still there is no information why 20000 is been deducted . no break up is provided to me . Looks my child was never enrolled . When i kept following up i was told that receipt will be given after 1.5 months, which is surprising . almost 4 months i am following up but there is no answer .

GOI has implemented the seventh pay commission hikes which came into effect from Jan 2016 onwards. I am a parent and the receptionist has used untoward and degrading language towards me by calling me an illiterate. I am deeply anguished at this development and how she blocked my number despite trying to contact her regarding the admission of my child. It seems to me that Amity is not concerned about the education of its students and is a political, money making organization. What right does a secretary have to block all calls? Is she the CEO of the business and I would like to know does Amity promote such unruly and unprofessional behavior. This incident happened twice on the 2nd February and the 8 th February 2021. Her name is Nidhi Agarwal and her email address is nidhi.aisjsu.amity.edu.in and she is rude, uncouth woman and I urge the incident to be investigated by your head office and recommend disciplinary action be taken and if possible, suspension of the concerned staff member or some strict action taken against her. I urge the institution to take cognizance of this fact and she has threatened me and my family with a police case. How ridiculous and preposterous of her.

I have been abused and called derogatory names like illiterate, gavaar and so on by the receptionist of Amity International School, Jagdishpur, Amethi. She has blacklisted me and stopped me from contacting the school even though I am a parent who send my child to the school. Upon reporting to the principal, she also is in cahoots with the secretary. I am accused of stalking her and this ### cannot answer the phone and speak courteously so I want justice by having her suspended and given a reprimand.

My Son Divyam Srivastava has not got the Security Deposit of studing 14 year in Amity. Amity's Quarterly Fee was never late from my end in these 14 years a single day ever. But feel bad about the values of this school when u don't get yr money back from such an organisation which has already charged lakhs & lakhs of rupees from u. The Mayur Vihar Accounts Manager Mr. Bisht keeps on fooling all the parents on a daily basis that it wl b transferred into yr account in 3-4 days. Those 3-4 days never comes.

I think this is the Right time to complaint it to the Education Ministry about this. So that they clear lakhs & lakhs of hard earned money of all the perents.

God knows what kind of values they will give to their students who doesn't hv Ethics.

Apoorrv poddar who is a 12 class student is following in the footsteps of his illiterate and uneducated father.
I strongly oppose this boy to grow as he is using all his activities in illegal activities, to tarnish renounced company's image by using every employee of the company for his personal benefit.
His father who is an alcoholic who is against every other company, college.
Because of this he tries to bully fellow students by playing black magic on them, he being a drug addict provokes his classmates, discourages education
Excites them and pushes them to take drugs, his grandmother who is sexually fond of sex teaches him to do the same
Kindly discourage mr apoorv poddar so that only talented people are given a fair chance

Withdrew my child in mar 2020 and the due to lockdown process was not started. After 41 email post lockdown opening on 18 jun 2020, process was started on 4th jul 2020 and yet they claim to need 60 working days to refund the amount and have lost my child's note books.

I was teacher in apollo international school bari sonipat haryana. I resigned from this position on 6 the may 2019. The principal hold my pf, basis three month salary and not approving my gratuity. They are not attending my call. During service period they harassed me mentally and blamed for theft.
Please take required action against school.

I was looking admission for my son in amity 20-21 however we have through with 1st round and they called us for 2nd round however no selection of my kid in school without any reason. I want to know the reason for non selection infact at the time of interview the lady was sleeping while taking our interview for our child they how they judged us? Why not ask anything from child?

Is this the process? Is there any favoritism?

One of your driver in the morning hit the scooty. Everyone was waiting for their turn in the traffic jam. He hit the scooty and on asking him what he did he showed very casual attitide and showing hand to move ahead.
I believe that you people should keep a check on your drivers because this incident brings shame to the name of school.
Next time i don't think that anybody else will also spare him just because of caring for the school.
I am complaining about the driver who was bringing the bus from mother dairy route around 7:25 am.
Kindly teach your driver how to behave as they are a part of such a reputed school.

Amity International School has been increasing 10% fee every year and also charging annual development fee. This time they have increased annual fee bu 60% over last year. This hike is uncalled for and unjustified.

The school has installed ACs in the classroom without parents consent and it seems they are charging for the ACs under Annual charges. There is no justification of increasing overall fee 10-15% every year as similar annual increment is not given to their staff members. The first quarter fee consists of Annual fee, Activity Fee, sports fee, tution Fee, computer fee, study material. together all these compnents of the first quater fee is equal to fee of all three quarters put together. There is something seriously wrong the way fee is being fleeced from the parents.

We submitted a DD of Rs 46394/-. Now the problem is I am chasing Mr Surinder Bisht in person and chasing the Principal on email but there is no response at all from their side. Mr Bisht is very non friendly person. Everytime he just said Mrs Amita Chauhan needs to sign this off and she is travelling overseas to meet her kids. This is really getting ridiculous now. When I asked him whether she is not having access to mails, he said he is not sure. He don’t know where Mrs Amita Chauhan has gone for last 3 weeks. Mr Bisht has told me that he interacted with her PA which himself is not aware of her availability. Now I am having very little hope that I will get my amount refunded. Hence escalating this case to you now. Can you please help me in this case on a very urgent basis please. This is a pure case of harresment.

Myself Deepak Jain father of Manya Jain. My daughter gets shortlisted in Amity International School Mayur Vihar. We get the call from them to deposite the fee in the form of a Pay Order. Before getting to their school we gave it a lot of thought as the distance from our house to school is
over 12 Kms. We prepared the DD and get to the school on very last day for admission that is 30th March. We submitted the forms and DD to the finance person Mr Surinder Bisht. Our file has been forwarded to the Principal Mrs Sarita Agarwal. In half an hour we are called by the Principal for
an interaction in her room In our interaction with her, she asked us why we want our daughter to travel such a long distance. We realized the fact and decided not to go for the admission of our daughter in their school. We get to the finance person Mr Surinder Bisht to take our DD back. Unfortunately he declined to return the DD. When we compliant the same to the Principal she called him up. We were kept outside during their discussion. Finally Mr Surinder Bisht confirmed us that our amount will get refunded in a week time and only Rs 700 will be deducted from the amount we submitted. We submitted a DD of Rs 46394. Now the problem is I am chasing Mr Bisht in person and chasing the Principal on email but there is no response at all from their side. Now I am having very little hope that I will get my amount refunded. Hence escalating this case to you now. Can you please help me in this case on a very urgent basis please. This is a pure case of harresment. I am provoked to take legal action against its chairperson Mrs Amita Chauhan. Amity is having very poor Internal Governance and is not at all Parent friendly. It looks like Amity is a shop same as other shops where shopkeepers are running it. Like a shopkeeper, Amity also do not want to refund the amount back to me (customer). Serious action should be taken against a worse school like Amity

Sub : Regarding issue of Transfer Certificate (TC ) of my son Master Siddharth Singh, Amity Vasundhara



With reference to the above subject, I wish to bring to your kind notice issue regarding Transfer Certificate of my Son Siddharth Singh . My son Siddharth Singh was studying in class V – B in Amity International School, Vasundhara for the session[protected] . Due to some personal reasons, I had to shift my Son to another school . I therefore applied for issue of Transfer Certificate on 28.03.09.(Scanned copy attached ) . However, even after two months of my application TC was not issued to me . When I enquired on 25.05.09, I was informed that I need to fill up a form (I was not told this when I submitted application on 28.03.09.) . I therefore filled up the form on 25.05.09 and requested to issue TC at the earliest possible as I had to positively submit the same to the new school by 10.06.09 . I was assured that I will get the TC before 10.06.09

However I regret to say that TC was not issued to me on 10.06.09. I used to call almost daily and on my each call, it was deferred by a day or two .
I was told that TC will be issued after opening of school, i.e after 03.07.09 . as teachers are not available, Principle is not available WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS THAT I WAS BEING HARASSED .

I then again made requests to issue the TC at the earliest as it was already about three months since I had submitted my application . Needeless to say, I had to virtually beg out for this TC as I had got an ultimatum to submit this TC otherwise admission of my Son will get cancelled . After so much of harassment, I eventually got this TC on 26.06.09 .

Regarding, arrears, I feel that I have been overcharged . As per the Delhi Government order, maximum increase in fees can be Rs 500 per month . Based on this, the arrear amount comes out to be Rs 3000( from 1st October 08 to 31st March 09 ) whereas I have been charged Rs 5825 . Even the break up of this amount was not furnished to me when I asked for it .

Security Deposit of Rs 4500 is also not paid to me .

I am now feeling helpless and need your help . I shall be thankful if you can please help me in getting the excess amount I had paid and security refund of Rs 4500 .

this is to inform you that Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) used UPSRTC buses for his personnel use for campaigning indirectly. Political slogan " Sarvjan Hitay Sarvjan Sukhay" of BSP are pasted on the 90% buses o[censored]PSRTC. Famous slogan "Bahujan Hitay Bahujan Sukhay" is very popular slogan in sanskrit litrature. BSP Party convert this slogan for his ploitical use as "sarvajan hitay sarvjan sukhay". in his political journey BSP Party used this slogan for last five years and BSP supremo Ms. Mayavati used this slogan in her all political speeches, rally and campaigning. when a slogan is used for political beneficiary. why? this slogan is used on the state transport i.e. UPSRTC. This is misuse of Public Property and misguiding the illetrate people who can't distinguish between the Govt. o[censored]P and Political Party i.e. BSP. If BSP Party accept this matter as legal than the expences held on this activity may be counted on the head of expenses towards the campainging of elections.
Kindly look into the matter.
