Leaving Certificate on Hold by Apeejay School Kharghar

Dear Sir/Madam

After trying through communication orally, in writing over emails and after meeting with the Principal of Apeejay School Kharghar I am approaching you.

My daughter (Roll No. KH-2640) attended school from 2019 to 2020 till the 2nd grade. In the start of the pandemic in 2020, unfortunately we had moved to our native place in a remote place due to financial conditions. During that time I received...

There is a huge discrepancy in the class XII result as moderated by the school (Apeejay School, Pitampura, School Code- 85205).
The shows huge favouritism especiallt to staff wards. and the authorities are reluctant to address the concern of the parents. There is no transparency and the students who have scored less in X and XI are getting higher percentage. Worst is that the students who got retest in XI have scored above 90%.

I am kalpana kala mother of a ten years old boy named vaibhav kala. Due to covid crisis we met financial losses so we decided to move from kolkata to our native state uttarakhand .
My ten years old son used to study in class 5 A of apeejay school salt lake kolkata.

For session[protected] we have paid full tuition fees I.e (rs 28160.)on time .we were in great financial distress waiting for pandemic to pass. The school authority started harrsing us since may 2020. ceo mr kiranjeet sternly ordered school principal to ask students to pay full session fee despite covid pandemic .we found it unfair to ask for the fee other than the tuition fees, school office constantly used to call us and say "pay full session fee or else we will not send you the classroom link also your son will not be able to sit in exam " .
Sir, we have paid what is lawful
we were helpless, we quitely request the school and explained our plight but all was in vain. The school authority never even responded to any of email send by us. although my son gave the exam under the stess. At last due to school harassment we decided that let the child leave the school, and he can continue his education in the school where we can afford to pay the fee
Now this CBSE affiliated school is holding the leaving certificate and also didn't provide report cards for session[protected].
the school is forcing us to pay full session fee and development fee i. e rs 25000 more. Despite all the request, mails send by us school sternly rejected our request for providing leavingcertificate.
They pushed us and child into mental turn moil.
Sir, we are starting our lives in a new place .Me and my husband have limited resources we cannot easily arrange the ransom in disguise i.e rs 25000 that school is asking in turn of my child 's future . stress is a small word
For a child who is now seeing his friends pursuing their studies, who is feeling guilty for the struggle his parents are going through. He used to be a happy child but now he hardly speak. we as a parent don't know what should we do? who is responsible for this emotional trauma our family is going through, is it covid 19 pandemic or businessmen like mr kiranjeet? please help us to get our son's report card and leaving certificate. Sir no light is left for us the hope is getting dimmer and dimmer, show me and my family some path before it gets dark.
    with lots of hope.
    your Faithfully

      Dear sir,
This is Dr. P Mukherjee a parents of Rajdeep Mukherjee. My son is studying in standard 2. I am very very upset about the way organization is running now a days. There is no proper classes are happening. Teachers are taking classes just for the sake of spending times. There is no botheration of teachers whether student are understanding the topic or not. There is no PTM since a year. Principal madam never tried to take feedback from parents about the classes or process. Other parents called me and Express their issues also but they said that if we complain then threat may comes to their child also. All together it's horrible condition. Apeejay is a brand of Education. I trusted your brand as I have seen people come out of your school with smile of satisfaction in Kolkata. But here scene is totally different. I use to get mail from your office to pay the fees on time. I never get any call or mail regarding feedback. Please look into this matter ASAP or else the value of your organization get destroyed very soon. Looking forward for your positive response.

Covid 19 pandemic is going on. It is a huge problem socially and FINANCIALLY to each and every sector. APEEJAY SCHOOL FARIDABAD is continuously showing its cleverness.
It is a school who takes 12, 000 per month in XII class.
For few months they reduced fee but so CLEVER, in 3rd or 4th month, , took ADMISSION fees of about 11000.

So can u believe, fees fees fees

Now every month they are increasing 1000.They opened schools BTW not 50% parents agreed to that. They opened WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY...and now fees 1000 rise.

I am sure they will take all the money...

Most cleverness shown when they cleverly, took fees first then BOARD ENTRY would be given...

Now they have said that they are forced to open school with request of
50% parents, though not 50% but less
        But they are not showing.
They said if no student parents reply, then they will consider a YES.
        OMG just money money money!!!
How indirectly forcing our parents ...

NO RESOURCES usage of electricity and water.

        Kindly do something...
        . Pls

Apeejay school noida is associated with a company named valedra pvt ltd, which takes care of organizing picnics, day camps etc.in october they organized picnic to udaipur and chhitorgarh for 3 days and took money per child @ rs. 8710/-. But at last moment they reduced 3 day tour to 2 day without reducing tour amount on pro rata basis. So i pulled my child out of tour after consulting school coordinator on assurance that my amount will be fully refund. But till date amount is not refund and school coordinator and valedra pvt ltd is taking no interest in refunding money. Every time i ask they say it is in process. It seems that valedra pvt ltd is commercial wing of school because they are involved in everything like picnic, day camps even career counseling company like idreamcareer.com which career counseling on their own have valedra pvt ltd as their partner in conducting test in appejay school noida.

I want to inform you that i am one of the aggreviated parents of the students of apeejay school, noida. I want to draw your attention towards the violation of a certain mandatory laws by this school.

The school is running a stationary shop inside the school premises, which has recently been banned by the state government o[censored]p. Whenever anyone from cbse or from any other authority comes to check this in the school, the shops are temporarily closed, and when the authorities go, the school reopens it. The school forces all the students to buy notebooks that have "apeejay school" written on them. The school notebook is priced at rs.65 per notebook, vis-a-vis rs. 17 by m/s. Lotus notebooks, available locally in noida.

The school is running a uniform shop inside the school, from where parents aren't allowed to leave the school before purchasing a uniform from the school.

The school charges the parents for providing ordinary facilities like dance, sports etc, which is provided for free in other schools of noida. It charges an amount of rs.10, 000+ per activity. It has also made it compulsory for students to at least opt for one activity.

The school recently increased its fees by almost 27% in one year. The school resists any attempts to get a breakup of the school fees. This is in contravention of para a, of the attached cbse circular.

On being queried, the school administration responds extremely arrogantly (In contravention of para c of the attached circular dated february 6, 2014). The also threaten to expel the student if the parents persist, thereby causing mental harassment to students of such tender age, while at the same time traumatizing the parents.

It is a direct loot by the school. Hence, i request you to look into the matter as soon as possible, and help in improving the condition of the nation's schools for the children.

My children are studying in Apeejay International School Greater Noida.
1.The school is charging 2500/- annualy for RFID monitored bus facility. School has made the this RFID based bus facility compulsory to all students.
2.school is charging bus fees separately as per the distance slab Rs. 1800/-, 2080/-, etc.
                3. School has already demanded money for RFID based identity card separately.
4.every year they are increasing the tution fees.
6.The school issues fee bills at the start of every quarter. The fee bill has lumsum amount only. It does not have any fee breakup. (Tution fees, computer fees, science fees, development charges etc.)
                7. The school does not follow the DM orders ( on winter timing, other suggestion)

                Expected from AIS Gr Noida
The RFID fees should be make optional for students.( all parents may not be able to bear the RFID fees.)
If sibling are studying then parents should have a choice to get the facility for anyone of them or for no one.
They should follow the govt. Order for fee hike.
The school should give the fee breakup in fee bill.
The school should follow the DM order.

If the school itself is not sincere to the govt authorities, then how could we expect from them, that they can make our childern sincere and faithful to the country.

Apeejay school, noida is a shameless school! Recently, the government o[censored]ttar pradesh has ordered all the private schools to close all the uniform as well as the stationery shops that are running in the school campus.

All the schools, on hearing this, have closed theirs, except apeejay school, noida. They're so shameless that they don't even bother about the government's orders. They're still running stationery shops and the uniform shops in the school campus. Not only this, even the teachers force the students to only buy the notebooks that have the school's name printed on them and those notebooks are only available in the school's book shop. The students are threatened that if they do not use the school notebooks, their notebooks will not be corrected and this will definitely affect their marks in their report cards. The cost of the notebooks are also much more than the market prices.
Hence, i request the concerned authorities to indulge into the matter.
I would also like to advise other parents to not to admit there kids in this school, where the marks scored by the students are based on whether they purchase the school notebooks or not.

This to make a complaint against apeejay school, noida.

I'd admitted my child the school in the year 2017-18. After joining, i realized that the level of education in the school is too low. Therefore, i made him join a private coaching for better academic results. The school, too, runs a coaching named 'avanti' in the school campus itself. They phoned me, asking for admission in avanti. I refused. Then, after a month or two, they again phoned me for the admission. I didn't say anything at that time but refused. Now, they're calling me again and again for the same.
Is it really a not allowed to teach my child privately in another coaching?
Hence, i'd like the authorities to take some actions regarding this issue, so that i don't get that irritating call again.

I've recently admitted my children to apeejay school, noida and found that it certainly isn't as per our expectations. The student - teacher ratio is not good since there are 50 students in one class. The school authorities don't behave well. The students have a rowdy nature.
Coming to education, i think this school lacks in many things. The syllabus is of a lower level as compared to that of other schools. The teachers don't explain the chapters, instead they just make the students write the question - answers, and that too, are the ones which they're comfortable with. They don't let the students write the answers in their own words.
Bullying is a major problem in apeejay school, noida. The newcomers are being bullied everyday in some or the other form. The teachers are not concerned with it at all.
I humbly request all the people who praised apeejay to kindly look from a neutral point of view, instead of making others fool, as this was not the case with the millennium school, noida, and delhi public school, noida, in which my children were previously studying.

I'd like to add a few more instances in the legacy of apeejay school, noida.
In the music class, the teacher just passes his time sitting idle during te whole period. He focuses only on the students who had opted for learning to play 'tabla'. When other students ask him to teach them, he just replies shamelessly, saying "i'm not in a mood to teach. Go away and sit, until the bell rings. I request the principal to go out of his cabin and watch the originality of the school, instead of just sitting comfortably in air - conditioned room.
The school boasts about the guards and teachers. But, recently, in the break time, my child found a boy and a girl making out in the classroom!, and there was not even a single guard or a teacher to look up. My straightforward question is to the whole management,"is this what you teach your students to be? The students abuse, beat each other, smoke in the classes. Is this what you teach your students to be?"

In apeejay school, noida, children are expected to to study from their homes with the help from coaching and tuition classes, learn all the manners and etiquette from their homes; then, for what purpose are we sending our kids to this school? I think that's the reason why in most coaching classes and tuitions, most of the students are from apeejay school, noida.

Apeejay school is the worst school one can ever choose for his/her children. There are over 50 students per class per division. The teachers are really unsupportive and are just making the students write, instead of explaining them the concepts. When a child raises his hand for a doubt, he's ordered to put his hands down and sit quietly in class! I've admitted two children of mine, to apeejay noida. One was from from delhi public school,...

Apeejay school, greater noida is demanding fees over and above the tuition fees for conducting special classes during school hours.

School has already increased fees in the current session now again school management is asking for extra fees against special classes for rs.6, 000/- (Demand letter is attached) which is completely unethical.

A written complaint has been given to education minster, uttar pradesh against extra fees demanding by school management of apeejay school, greater noida in association with valedra.

It is a very shameful thing for a school to do that. Children aren't good in studies because of the school, and instead of improving it, they're asking for an extra amount for improvement.

You can admit your child in 'The Millennium School, Greater Noida (W)', which has recently opened in gr. noida.
I've admitted my child there and believe me, it's the best!
Moreover, the school has more ratings than Apeejay Int'l School on Google.

New session started from 3rd april 17 but books for class 2 is not available till date.

No information from school side till date. Worst management in this school.

Attached picture of water cooler, you can imagine by yourself.

New session started from 3rd April and till date school has neither provided books nor Identity Card.

Every school in Greater Noida has provided books to their students except Apeejay school has not provided books to their Class 2 student also School has not provided Identity card till date to their student.
There is no separate Toilet in Apeejay International School, Greater Noida.

Driver, conductor, & all office staffs use common Toilet in School.

Also Toilet condition is worst, there is no soap & toilet paper in washroom.

Despite our repeated request to Principal YASHIKA BHARDWAJ, no action has been taken so far.
At least your children are getting water from water coolers in greater Noida. In Noida's Apeejay School, the condition is even worse! The students have to drink water from taps!
The availability of books are in even worse condition in Apeejay School, Noida.
The Periodic Test-1 have started for class 10, but no English textbooks are available in the school. We'd to manage to purchase the books from outside the school.

The school doesn't seem to be bothered with this, and so, there is only one solution left- Withdraw our children from this horrible place. Noida and Greater Noida, both are gifted with a number of excellent schools, we can put out children there there, instead of tolerating this Pathetic Place!

we have been repeatedly put into darkness since 2009 when we took admission to this college that our college would be recognised by the council of architecture which is solely responsible for providing license to practice architecture in this country, and we are heading to our final year, yet no final verdict has been taken as the case is yet continuing in the high court.
i see my future in darkness and our college is recognised by uttar pradesh technical university, yet COA has not recognised our college.
i have wasted my four years in this college, as college authorities told us that the case would be solved but its not yet, and if they would have told us in our very first year, our so many years in this college would have been saved, i do not see any future, what should i do??

The college was very firm and helpful in providing the COA recognition to students. I must congratulate all the efforts of the concerned authorities and the students who fought for their rights and finally achieved which seemed impossible. I am working abroad now as an Architect and must say, all's well that ends well; FOR A NEW BEGINNING!!

                                Dear All

I have recently noticed that the Security Head is callous in his attitude. Reasons:
                                1) Vehicles moving past at high speed in the school premises where students are moving when the top shot is standing and enjoying the predicament of the students and guardians or rather not botherring at all as to a single hit will affect a student so very badly.
                                2) He is just bothered about his work and does not take care that the students or guardins who are around the main gate are able to pass into and out of the school properly.
                                3) Silent misbehaviour goes on. It does not seem that we are within a campus and safe.

Lets see if this will bring about some good behaviour.

                                Thanks awfully.
