Amity University — Fee not refunded

I applied in Amity University online for Bachelor of Arts (amityonline.com) admission form is in such structure -
1. Basic details
2. Fee payment (Semester/Yearly)
3. Documents Upload
I paid 12, 000 as first Semester fee then I uploaded my documents on which I got a Mail that after verifying my documents they found the discrepancies (10th & 12th board not listed in COBSE and a link to re-upload my correct documents but that link doesn't allow me to re-upload instead there's option for uploading Graduate Certificate which obviously I don't have. There's a counselor Kasish mam she contacted me while I was searching for courses in Amity Online, till I payed the money she used to call a lot suggesting I should take the admission and there's not much time left but after facing problems I m the who is contacting them and texting them, it was clear that my documents been rejected so I said that I want a refund for that kasish told to talk to Varun sir he is head of the everything in the university, So he said to mail for refund which I did twice but didn't get any response, whenever I say anything regarding this to my counselor she will only say there's some policy for refund and don't worry you'll get your money back but there's nothing that they or the university is doing. I m stressed n worried n demotivated.
A genuine university first verifies the documents if it's OK then they ask for money but this university is fraud.
Please help me get my money back so I could do something elsewhere
