Amkette — Product returned to company

I ordered Amkette Evo Gamepad Pro 4 for Android Smartphones with Instant Play (Works with PUBG, Call of Duty, Mobile Legends, and many more) (iPhone and MediaTek Devices Not Supported) 24/09/2021 from amazon.in (Invoice attached to this mail). Delivered on 28/09/2021. As soon as received the product I find out that this product is not compatible with my device Asus rog phone 5.
1) I know this product is not a returnable product but AMAZON.IN and SELLER didn't mention on AMAZON's site when describing the information about the product that it is not compatible with Asus rog phone 5. AMAZON MISLEAD MI WITH THE PRODUCT.
2 ) When I call AMAZON Customer on 28/09/2021 amazon is not listening to me, you are said to please provide proof from the seller that this product is not compatible with your phone, please contact the seller, RECORDED CALL ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL
3 ) then, I contacted the seller and after giving him proof about the situation, he agreed and confirmed that the seller's gamepad didn't compatible with my phone. OFFICIAL MAIL FROM SELLER ATTACHING TO THIS MAIL
4 ) At first amazon said, when the seller confirmes that this product is not comfortable with your phone amazon will pick up the product and issues a refund. RECORDED CALL ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL
5 ) But when I provided proof to amazon about a product not working with my devices, AMAZON said that the product will be pickup by the seller and they will issues you a refund. RECORDED CALL ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL
FIRST THING I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON AND PROVED TO YOU THAT THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY DEVICE, THEN FIRSTLY YOU SHOULD PICK IT UP AND GIVE ME A REFUND.
6 ) Then I also insisted that amazon should provide the pickup and provide mi refund or at least pick up by amazon and then the seller can refund me. but you said all the things should be done by the seller
and AMAZON PROMISED me that until and unless product payment is not refunded amazon is always with you. RECORDED CALL ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL
then I said fine then on 29/09/2021 seller arrange to pickup product via www.delhivery.com, Tracking ID[protected].
7) Delhivery picked my product on 30 /09 2021 and the product was delivered to the seller on 06/10/2021.
8) After that I sent them mail about a refund, then they said they will examine and refund in 2-3 days. OFFICIAL MAIL FROM SELLER ATTACHING TO THIS MAIL
I said fine after 3 days on the 4th day 11/102021 I write mail again and now they are saying, for a refund it will take 1-2 days. OFFICIAL MAIL FROM SELLER ATTACHING TO THIS MAIL
they are continuously increasing windows for a refund without any reason, it requires 1 /2 seconds for the transaction.

Amazon either pressurize the seller to provide me a refund or provide my refund through you (DIRECTLY BY AMAZON).
it's your responsibility, I purchased the product from AMAZON not from the seller THIRD PARTY SITE.
what are the benefits o[censored]sing amazon if you cant service, Flipkart is far better they provide refunds within an hour.
and today call executives are dumb and rude.
I am providing everything to prove my point.
WHAT I SAID IN THIS MAIL I HAVE EVERY PROOF, I RECORDED ALL THE CALLS WITH AMAZON AND ALSO WITH THE SELLER.
DELIVERY PICKUP AND DELIVERED PROOF.
ALL THE CONVERSIONS I AM SENDING TO YOU
PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING THIS KIND OF SELLERS
PROVIDE ME REFUND
