I ordered Amkette Evo Gamepad Pro 4 for Android Smartphones with Instant Play (Works with PUBG, Call of Duty, Mobile Legends, and many more) (iPhone and MediaTek Devices Not Supported) 24/09/2021 from amazon.in (Invoice attached to this mail). Delivered on 28/09/2021. As soon as received the product I find out that this product is not compatible with my device Asus rog phone 5.
1) I know this product is not a returnable product but...

On 17 march 2020 i have despatched my faulty item bluetooth headset to surat office that was received by surat center on 18 march 2020
Surat center has also despatched the same to company address and it was delivered to company also
I have done chat on whatsapp number [protected] who confirmed with surat center that product was received by surat and they despatched also to company address

I purchased a mouse of amkette and after using it for 15 days, it stopped working. I took it to amkette service center which they have hidden in such a cheap place that even being from kolkata, i gone crazy finding it out. I went to them, they replaced it with a repaired one, i accepted it and after 7-10 days, it started showing problems again. I again went to them and they refused to replace it and even asked for money for repair when there...
