Amkette Complaints & Reviews

I ordered Amkette Evo Gamepad Pro 4 for Android Smartphones with Instant Play (Works with PUBG, Call of Duty, Mobile Legends, and many more) (iPhone and MediaTek Devices Not Supported) 24/09/2021 from amazon.in (Invoice attached to this mail). Delivered on 28/09/2021. As soon as received the product I find out that this product is not compatible with my device Asus rog phone 5.
1) I know this product is not a returnable product but...

On 17 march 2020 i have despatched my faulty item bluetooth headset to surat office that was received by surat center on 18 march 2020
Surat center has also despatched the same to company address and it was delivered to company also
I have done chat on whatsapp number [protected] who confirmed with surat center that product was received by surat and they despatched also to company address
During the lock down period chat support whatsapp number [protected] has bounced me to another chat support whatsapp number [protected] person name rajkumar
He confirmed on 23 may that product has been received at company workshop but no staff yet started working so once it will start we will send you replacement soon

Now first chat support whatsapp number [protected] is telling that contact to chat support whatsapp number [protected] person name rajkumar and that rajkumar is neither giving me messages reply nor picking up my call

I am just bouncing between both chat support numbers
So what the hell is this
Today is 16 june 2020
Still i have not received any replacement
Is this quality of service of amkette???!!!

If amkette company has no guts for faulty product replacement then just tell me clearly so i can treat my money donated to great company amkette who has totally non-reliable and hopeless workers and support team who just bounce customer here to there
Is this practice of company that bounce the customer around chat support 1, chat support 2 and local service center???!!!

I purchased a amkette usb 2.0 hub 4 port in april 2018. Suddenly the device not working. I checked for service center in your website and its in the below address. "9, alsa mall left wing, 15 montieth road, egmore, chennai – 600018". When i visited this office this center is closed and locked. I was shocked. They put notice in door stating service center shifted to this address "111b, 2nd avenue extn, near chintamani signal, anna nagar east,, chennai, tamil nadu 600102". When i tried to contact the service center they said the person is not available right now please contact after 4 p. M. Worst service.

Please update the correct address in your website so that people will not get disappointed in future and make a person available all time in service center to service better

I purchased a mouse of amkette and after using it for 15 days, it stopped working. I took it to amkette service center which they have hidden in such a cheap place that even being from kolkata, i gone crazy finding it out. I went to them, they replaced it with a repaired one, i accepted it and after 7-10 days, it started showing problems again. I again went to them and they refused to replace it and even asked for money for repair when there is 3 yrs complete warranty. They asked me to talk with their head office. I mailed them and they replied me to send it at my own cost to mumbai and they will send a bigger size mouse because this one was not even fitting in my hand. The mouse is fallen in my garbage now. Their own staffs were discussing about massive complain against cheating people like this with other consumer products i heard when i sitting there in the service center. Only 2 people work in a service center. Beware of these bloody fraudsters. They r picking items from footpaths in china, and selling them with their label. Don't buy even a cd/dvd with the brand name amkette. They are cheaters.
