Cake was order on 12 Jun 2020 at 1146 Hrs through myflowerapp.com website which is owned by Amolica Gifts Pvt Ltd, (MOB NO - [protected] ).
Before ordering I confirmed from their representative whether it will possible for them to deliver in lockdown he assured me of delivery.
Later on enquiring about order's progress he ( Rahul as name told by representative) cancelled order and assured full money will be refunded in 5 to 7 working orders.
Amost 22 days have been be passed there is no refund from their side and they are not responding to the phone calls.
Sir, I am an defence personal pls help in my refund and most important to please take action against this fraud website so that no other person get trapped in it, its my humble request and it will be a great lesson from your side to such online fraud websites
