I ordered the product but they never delivered it. The order status was not provided neither on their portal neither by any other communication means.
There is no cancel order option.

When I asked for my refund. No refund is provided. They are frauds and there are hundreds of cases like me where they scam innocent people. I also didn't checked seeing the ad online I thought it is genuine and ordered.

Cake was order on 12 Jun 2020 at 1146 Hrs through myflowerapp.com website which is owned by Amolica Gifts Pvt Ltd, (MOB NO - [protected] ).
Before ordering I confirmed from their representative whether it will possible for them to deliver in lockdown he assured me of delivery.

Later on enquiring about order's progress he ( Rahul as name told by representative) cancelled order and assured full money will be refunded in...
