I am ramakrushna tripathy purchased ampere magnus but today 26.07.25at 8.50 during moving vehicle stopped and after putting accelerator it was not moved. Since 8.50am to till 12.00noon I am struggling to get assistance its not getting. I had purchased from chandrashekharpur bhubaneswar showroom, I contacted all show room salesperson, surya services bhubaneswar, customer helpline no all but not getting help. Such poor service is never told / expect from ampere.
