I am ramakrushna tripathy purchased ampere magnus but today 26.07.25at 8.50 during moving vehicle stopped and after putting accelerator it was not moved. Since 8.50am to till 12.00noon I am struggling to get assistance its not getting. I had purchased from chandrashekharpur bhubaneswar showroom, I contacted all show room salesperson, surya services bhubaneswar, customer helpline no all but not getting help. Such poor service is never told...

We have purchased a new vehicle (Ampere Magnus Ex) on 22nd March 2023 from Varaha Motors Nanganallur who is dealing for Moti motors, sholinganallur, Chennai. Since from last 3 days I'm suffering from charger issue... My vehicle is not getting charged, I'm facing lot of difficulties for daily commute. Even this dealer is not giving us proper reply, 3rd class services from Ampere electrics. I want my charger replacement and additional warrenty...

Useless Services
Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Ashishkumar Patel and I have Purchased Zeal EX from Frigate Automotives Pvt Ltd, Vadodara (For my mother CHANDRIKABEN PATEL).
Today I reached at Ampere Service Center at 9.30 AM at opening time, however center was not opened till 10 AM.
I informed to check following :
1) Vehicle pick up issue when I stop it on signal or on the way (means it has issue of start when we stop the vehicle), not pick up easily when stopped in traffic etc. This complain I am giving from first service but still issue is not resolved.
2) Steering Jammed (As advised by service center, I agreed to replace centre bearing of steering and paid Rs 400 for this small bearing, but when I asked for bearing box or bill to check bearing number and MRP then service centre has said that we don't received any box or bill with MRP. This simply prove that Ampere is doing cheating with the customers by charging self decided charges.
It is requested to resolve my pick up issue which is unresolved since the vehicle purchased and provide me the bearing number which is replaced in steering alongwith it's box and MRP so that I can compare the market price of bearing.
Already Zeal vehicle is very poor and I am not satisfied with its performance.

Battery Warranty - Not received replacement battery
We bought AMPERE ZEAl EX on Jan 2021, Recently we are facing battery backup issue, due to that backup issue we are facing mileage issue. So reached SRI Amman E bikes Pudukkottai on 17.05.2022 for battery verification and they confirmed battery was in problem, they told us proceeding for replacement . But still we not received battery and we reached showroom multiple times.

I bought Ampere Zeal Bike 1 yr back when I am in Chennai and now I am in my home town near Guntur and battery charger not working. I am very unhappy with this charger. With in 1 yr itself charger not working. Please replace my charger asap. I have submitted my charger to Kiyara Tech Pvt Ltd Guntur. Please get my new charger asap.

Faulty battery of Magnus 60 Electric scooter

This gives me immense displeasure to reach out to you as my dad a senior citizen of India who is driving this scooter is struggling by visiting the agent from where we bought this Magnus 60 in 2020 on Diwali occasion.
After 4 months o[censored]sage, its battery or the charger is not working well, the mileage has come down to 10 km, that's all.
Every time we visit the agent, we don't get any response, and not even anyone ready to take complaints. We always get a procrastinated response that someone will call or visit but no one has yet.
I have also tried reaching out to the support email ids but no response
Can you please look into this matter?
I am attaching the bill copy as proof.
