I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Shadofox Delivery Services for their repeated and deliberate delay in delivering my online orders, along with poor customer service and misinformation.
On[protected], I was scheduled to receive a package through Shadofox delivery. I waited the entire day, but no delivery was attempted. Later in the evening, I received a message stating the package could not be delivered because I was unreachable — which is completely false as I did not receive any call from the delivery personnel.
When I tried contacting the assigned delivery agent, they did not answer my calls. Despite several follow-up messages and call attempts requesting the delivery be completed the same day, my calls were rejected. This is not the first time this has happened — Shadofox has previously delayed deliveries without cause and shown unprofessional behavior.
Their neglect has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and affected my trust in services using this courier partner.
I request strict action be taken against the courier company for:
Providing false delivery status updates
Not attempting actual delivery
Ignoring customer communication
Repeating this unprofessional behavior
