Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Shadofox Delivery Services for their repeated and deliberate delay in delivering my online orders, along with poor customer service and misinformation.

On[protected], I was scheduled to receive a package through Shadofox delivery. I waited the entire day, but no delivery was attempted. Later in the evening, I received a message stating the package could not be delivered because I was unreachable — which is completely false as I did not receive any call from the delivery personnel.

When I tried contacting the assigned delivery agent, they did not answer my calls. Despite several follow-up messages and call attempts requesting the delivery be completed the same day, my calls were rejected. This is not the first time this has happened — Shadofox has previously delayed deliveries without cause and shown unprofessional behavior.

Their neglect has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and affected my trust in services using this courier partner.

I request strict action be taken against the courier company for:

Providing false delivery status updates

Not attempting actual delivery

Ignoring customer communication

Repeating this unprofessional behavior

Attached are screenshots of messages and call logs for your reference.

Subject: Request to Change Delivery Partner Due to Repeated Issues with Shadofox

Dear Purple Team,

I am a regular customer and appreciate your product quality, but I am writing to bring to your attention a repeated issue that is affecting the overall shopping experience.

Your delivery partner Shadofox has consistently delayed my deliveries without valid reason. Most recently, my order (Order ID: [insert]) was supposed to be delivered today. Despite waiting the entire day, no delivery was attempted. Later, I received a false message stating that I was unreachable, even though no call was made. Repeated calls to the delivery agent were ignored and rejected.

This is not the first time I’ve had such an experience with this courier. Their unreliable service and lack of customer care is seriously affecting customer satisfaction. If this continues, it could lead to loss of trust and business.

I kindly request that you consider discontinuing Shadofox as your delivery partner or at least allow customers to choose an alternative courier at checkout.

    Payment of INR 23, 949 was made to PNB bank credit card. However the amount was credited back to my account.
    Late payment fees of INR 1, 500 applied by bank.

    Requested to reverse the late fees, as CRED gives protection against late payment fees
    IT's not my fault.

              The complaint clearly says that ticket has been taken through 'Stelling Technologies'. We are not Stelling Technologies.

              Please remove it from under our company name, and close the complaint at your end.

                Madam/Sir,

                I have ordered an Apple IPAD with key board bearing Order Id:SO[protected]IMA on behalf of State Bank of India.
                In generated invoice Buyer’s GST Number has been mentioned as: 36AAAGS8577K1ZQ which is an invalid GST number
                But, correct GST Number of SBI is :36AAACS8577K1ZQ.
                It is C only in place of G. little correction required. Mails sent twice and contacted Customer service several times. No response to my mail. Representative from Customer service responded to send a soft copy of amended invoice with input of correct GST number in mail. But, neither mail received nor they are receiving calls also.Really, very horrible Customer service.
                It is required for claim of input tax credit by SBI.
                Please don’t cheat Customer for genuine deals. I fail to understand what is the problem to input correct GST number of purchaser. Is it a false invoice to evade GST ?
                Hope to settle the issue at the earliest.

                  Below is the chronological list of incidents that has lead to this disappointment:

                  06-Jun-22 @ 2-3 PM IST
                  -I took my phone to the service centre to report the issue of touch sensitivity with my phone.
                  - Phone was inspected and taken for service stating 'Your phone is under warranty and we will have to replace your screen, so please submit your phone and collect it at 7 PM closing time today. However, since it's half a day, we might not be able to complete it so better if you visit us tomorrow morning and your work will be 100% done.'
                  - No spare phone was given on request as they said we do not give for 1 day repair, agreed and phone was submitted. Informed that I will get an email with my receipt as acknowledgement.

                  07-Jun-22 @ 11 AM IST
                  - As informed by Chandan, 'phone screen is replaced but there is an issue with their diagnostic tool, we are working with Apple to resolve. Cannot handover your phone without diagnostic, please collect by end of day'- I reported no access to email so please give a hardcopy of receipt.- Hard Copy of receipt handed over. However the RAF# was generated on 7-Jun-22 (After requesting hardcopy).- Spare phone was requested but for my 128 GB phone only the 64 GB Iphone XR was offered and informed that my data backup of 67 GB will not be installed.- Hence, I denied the spare phone offer and I was promised my phone will be made available by EOD.

                  - I Called Apple care, but still my phone was not ready.

                  08-Jun-22 @ 2 PM IST
                  -I visited the store. Chandan informed 'still diagnostic app is not working. Stay assured your phone is ready and will call and inform you to collect max by tomorrow.'

                  - No phone call received from the service centre.- I called apple care, they were not able to connect to the service centre. - No call back received.

                  10-Jun-22 @ 2.30 PM
                  - Visited the store and to my surprise was informed that my phone is not repairable now.- They claimed ' it has liquid damage and is not covered under warranty.'- They claimed my phone screen was not replaced yet and cannot be because the liquid damage is high and only option is to buy a new phone.- On insisting they offered to give me my phone in dead condition (Without display working).- On escalating to Lokesh's reporting manager (Claimed Uday) over phone, it was requested for a day's time to get things sorted.
                  Now today, they are denying giving my phone back in the given condition and telling me to buy a new phone or take the dead phone.

                  I request your team to please investigate this matter and kindly help me with my repaired phone back.

                  My phone was kept for 4 days and then this issue was reported. In between I was lied saying the phone is ready but diagnostic app is not working. Suddenly after 4 days I am being said there is liquid damage.

                  * Phone was backed up by me on Monday, 06-Jun-22, after the Monday's visit informing that the data will be wiped out.

                    As the subject reads, this is regarding: Refund of purchase of a faulty display - when you subsequently quoted for entire device replacement

                    I've submitted my device in Ample for two times in December via FIC303705 and FIC309481.
                    For both these services, I have paid a total of Rs. 3000/- for device inspection and Rs.31243/- towards display replacement.

                    After 1 month of trying to fix the issue, the service team has now said that the entire device needs to be replaced. In this case, the display charges which were replaced without due diligence show the utter lack of complacency by apple service.

                    My phone was kept for 5 days and was lied that my phone is repaired, its issue with diagnostic app that is causing the delay.

                    No liquid damage informed during these 5 days and suddenly all the Liquid damage now exists in my phone.

                      One day I got call from a number, they said this is a no investment part time job you need to complete 600forms in 6 days, if you faill to do this work you need to pay penalty charges to the company and they a agreement from me, the next day I was started the work due to heavy rains I'm unable to that work I said I can't do this work they said you need pay as per agreement. I sent a fake transaction receipt to them, they said your file is forward to legal department .today j got mail and call from legal department they said a notice will come and police also come yourhouse which is near to you city police station please help me I'm poor student my father is farmer please help

                        I had made a booking to change my battery through apple's official booking portal at ample technologies, alwarpet Chennai. On reaching the service centre I was told that the replacement couldn't be done today and i will have to come back tomorrow. When I explained I had an appointment, the staff at ample technologies were more interested in giving me a grammar lesson on the meaning of appointment and were lying about the battery stock.

                            Dear Sir, I have purchased tablet from website as mentioned above for 1500 Rs as per attached correspondences.

                            I am cheated for false advertisement.

                            I did the follow-up for the material as ordered on email-id "[protected]@techcart.com" and I got the auto reply mentioning there is no such email exists.

                            I don't where to complain about such cheating for online shopping fraud and I am surprised how such brazen manners these websites are doing such a scams without any fear.

                              I ordered an iPhone 12 64GB on 09.11.2020 from their online store https://imagineonline.store, for which I paid online via credit card, on 13.11.2020, they confirmed the order and shared the waybill no for the parcel, but that day later the status got changed to "The pickup has been cancelled by the shipper". As of today, 17.11.2020, the status has not changed and they have not shipped my product. I am at a major loss since I have already paid and even after 8 days, they have not dispatched the product. I tried to reach them but it seems as if the support team is not reverting.
                              I am really concerned about the product since its prepaid. Please help.

                                I want to cancel my order no R[protected] and get refund. Please do the needful asap

                                Please provide details of your order number to us at Krishnan.[protected]@ample.co.in alongwith reason for requesting refund. The same shall be processed as soon as we hear from you.
                                I received email stating I will get refund within 5 working days but still I haven't got my money.

                                  I had submitted my apple airpods on may 7th 2020 at apple i care hsr layout bangalore, the warranty expired on 31st april, i had taken approval from apple support and the team confirmed to get it done under warranty since it was an absolute lockdown in india. Case id[protected], it’s been 3 months i dint receive my replacement, when i am trying to contact them through phone no one answers it. On 30th june after multiple mails i received a reply stating my issue will be resolved in 3-5 days but it never happened. Now it is highly frustrating it’s been such a long time. This is my last step to contact and raise a complaint with you.

                                  My jobsheet of device submission attached along with the mail the service centre commuting resolution with in 3-5 days in the month of june.

                                    I have purchased a macbook laptop from imagine apple resellers website.
                                    The description mentioned that the laptop’s processor is i5 10gen 2020 model. Whereas the partcode number which i have received in my email is (Mwtj2hn/a) which is i3 processor.

                                    Date of order is 14july 2020
                                    I want to raise this complaint as this is a serious concern. And i wish to cancel my order and get refund immediately
