Amrith Developers — Fraud & 420

We have done FIR against Amrit developers (Sachin Zende)around 2 yrs back but still we have not received my refund of 2 lacs . which was booked for purchase of row house at chikhloli at Panvel .
He was saying that he will refund within 6 months but still not received any amount. We have went to high court but he is not given our amount.
Please help us.
How to recover the amount .
