There are 120 more people cheated by nitin zende brother of sachin zende under the project name of tirupati builder and developers. This project was at khandeshwar near ganesh tower building. He just showed the buyer's that construction on the site is going on but not even first floor is constructed. Then he sold this project to deepak patil (Another fraud) without informing the buyer's. He also pretended that he is constructing the project. And took one year more, but still not even first floor was constructed. Then we enquired in cidco about the survey number of the land in which construction was going on, it was very shocking to know the the document shown to us were fake documents, the land didn't belonged to the owner named some bohir. The owner had already taken money from cidco and it no longer belonged to the lady bohir. Now a complaint has been launched at eow belapur against all these culprits. Nitin zende tried twice to get anticipatory bail one at alibaug court and second at mumbai high court both the application got rejected. The behaviour of police is very interesting they say we are not able to find these culprits as we do not have sufficient staff. We had s meeting with dcp too but nothing came out of it. God knows when this matter will be solved.in court nitin zende had produced some land documents of dundhre village which was found to be not sufficient for repayment of our money.

I had invested 2.75 lakes in chichavali row house project in nov 2013.. Sachin n his team always pushed me to invest money n was assured possession in jan 15... Post that he has been absconding n phone isn't reachable... The sad part is tht i had stroke n trauma faced post fraud done by sachin zende... Need your support... We have done FIR against Amrit developers (Sachin Zende)around 2 yrs back but still we have not received my refund of 2 lacs . which was booked for purchase of row house at chikhloli at Panvel .
He was saying that he will refund within 6 months but still not received any amount. We have went to high court but he is not given our amount.
Please help us.
How to recover the amount .

I have read your article of July 5, 2011. I am a resident of Panvel and come to know that you have invested money in 2 bhk flat in Wakadi with Mr. Zende..

I would like to inform you that Mr.Sachin Zende is a fraud and the land in which he is claiming to built or construct is owned by a very reputed businessman in Mumbai and they have not sold the land to him.
They have also advertised in the newspapers, enclosing herewith...
