After I filed a complaint here, I received a call for refund from AMSI. I am sure this was not an employee because they attempted to defraud me of 10, 000 rs under false pretexts. They sent me a voucher code and asked me to add beneficiary. In the beneficiary they made me add their name saying that is the process. They attempted a fund transfer into their account of INR 10, 000. Luckily, I did not have that much account balance and I was saved from being further defrauded. So now, in addition to not delivering products worth 70, 000 they are further trying to take money out of my account. A refund is a simple process of entering my UPI details and sending my refund. Please take strict action against this organization involved in serious fraud and theft. Was this information helpful? |
