I have paid an amount of Rs.29, 700/- in november 2023. This company promised me delivery in 20 days.

Its been 5 months now and still i have not received my product. The owner is a very big lier. He has lied to me 5 times that the product is dispatched but when you ask for dispatch details he starts shouting.

This has been my worst experience of online shopping. No one should buy from them.

Worst customer service. Also big frauds.

Bangalore police should investigate how many people they have defrauded by taking advance and not delivering product.

I have purchased Lukas luxury bed set(Order no: #3541) on 9th Oct 2023 which was committed to be delivered before Diwali(12th Nov 2023).

Amsi POC(Girish) bearing contact number: [protected] & [protected] is only giving me fake commitments on the delivery so I cancelled the order on 7th Jan 2023 and till today I haven't received my refund and every day he is only giving me the same commitment that Ill get the refund today.

They are scamming the people in the board day light with a registered website.

This is a fraud company in broad daylight
They do not deliver the product
Once you make the payments
All you will get is fake assurances
They will not give you any transit details or anything fr that matter...

I saw this page Amsi. Atelier on Instagram. Ordered a bench from them on the 29th July, 2023. Girish said the product would reach me in 2 weeks, the whole payment needs to be done prior. I did the payments and asked for a GST bill in my company’s name. He said he would send it but he didn’t. After 2 weeks I kept tabs but there were reasons to no delivery. Then after a 3 weeks he tells me that the bench was damaged on the way to the delivery. He will re deliver it on 25th August but after 2 days when I messaged him, he was very rude in the way he was talking and was accusing me of giving him treats. The way he spoke was very disappointing. There was not even an apology on not sending it and he shows attitude to the customer only. He was very rude to my office staff. This is mental torture. I need you to help get my money back which is 12999.

I have filed 2 complaints already, I still receive false delivery dates from Mr. Girish (+91 [protected]). He has stopped answering calls since yesterday, nor replying to messages. Please help.

After I filed a complaint here, I received a call for refund from AMSI. I am sure this was not an employee because they attempted to defraud me of 10, 000 rs under false pretexts. They sent me a voucher code and asked me to add beneficiary. In the beneficiary they made me add their name saying that is the process. Hello Team,
I have placed an order on Date July 20, 2022 for a furniture Item. The product was never delivered to me till date. The owner says the product will be delivered but it never happens. It's a big fraud he is running and duping people of their hard earned money. I have been charged Rs. 14999/- upfront 100%.
