I had ordered the following products from AMSI atelier:
1. A single seater sofa- Rs. 13200 on 25th Mar, 2023 (screenshot of payment attached)
2. Double Bed- Rs. 49, 999 on 2nd Apr, 2023 (screenshot of payment attached)
I have been promised false delivery dates by Mr. Girish constantly and they are threatening to cancel the order. I have no faith that I will get by money back if they cancel it. Hence, I have been following up for the products. But after constant lies and threats, I am submitting a complaint. I have a new born and based on the fact that they were going to deliver my bed, we have removed our family bed. Was this information helpful? |
