Amster Consultancy Kottayam — Canada immigration service charge refund

I payed 90000 to amster consultancy Kottayam for Canada PR process. They offered 3 months ielts coach which I didn't get any class for all the modules. I contacted them to inform my discontinuation to do the process. But they are not ready to refund the service charge I payed. I asked to refund the amount after deducting the ielts coach class which is the only service for name sake they have done. But they are not ready for the same.
