I payed 90000 to amster consultancy Kottayam for Canada PR process. They offered 3 months ielts coach which I didn't get any class for all the modules. I contacted them to inform my discontinuation to do the process. But they are not ready to refund the service charge I payed. I asked to refund the amount after deducting the ielts coach class which is the only service for name sake they have done. But they are not ready for the same....

I too had a very bad experience from amster and i have lost ma money too. They will say anything for the registration and anyway they will not refund any money if any issue arise. Anyway i lost ma money and i have raised a complaint too. They are not even attending the call and they are not even replying for the messages or mails.
Their md called me at threatened me too. So guys pls take care while proceeding with the great consultancy amster.

I submitted my refund request to Amster Overseas on 14 November 2025. Initially, I was informed that the refund would be processed within 60–90 working days. After waiting for around 80 working days, I received another email stating that due to technical issues, the refund process was further extended by 45 working days.
Even after the additional period was completed, I still did not receive my refund amount. I contacted their support team multiple times, but I did not receive any proper response or clear update regarding my money.
Later, their Legal Department officially confirmed through email that the refund would be credited on or before[protected]. However, even on the promised date, the amount was still not credited.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. The company keeps delaying the refund process without proper accountability or communication. I strongly request the management to resolve refund issues professionally and respond transparently to customers.
I hope this review helps others be cautious before proceeding with this agency.
