I got my cell phone oppo a57 insured by am trust mobile solution when i bought my phone and i lost my phone after 2 months.
I filed an fir and spoke to the customer support team of am trust and submitted all my documents to them. I lost my phone on 18 oct 2017 and till date i have made several calls and drafted several emails to them submitting my documents again and again on their request just to get my case open.
Till date i have received no positive feedback and they keep on asking me to wait and resubmit the same documents again.
