Dear all,

Now a day can you tell how much of the possibilities that a person will pay for his mobile insurance?

have you also created the nature of accidents?

Few couple of days back i have been a part of serious accident, suddenly a big short circuit was happened and i have been a victim of this accident even not only my mobile phones has burnt my clothes, daily uses accessories and also the walls of my room has changed his colour from white to back due to this fire of short circuit. This fire has taken much from me.

Perhaps it was good decision of mine at that time while i purchase my mobile with the help of home credit, also shopkeeper suggest me for my mobile that if will take insurance in case of any accident then i will get claim i can get my mobile phone again with the help of insurance company.

Now situation is my mobile phone has burnt and half display is totally dead even body of right and up and down side has been burnt in this fire. So i requested to insurance company that please exchange my mobile or repair it as it was working earlier.

Then I called to customer care of this insurance company has told me ( customer service executive ) that we have rejected your request as you are unable to describe the reason of short sircuit at you home.isn't a fool response.

You team please tell me if every person will come to know the reason or he could have been aware about the issue behind this short circuit then you will let this accident allow to happen this, accident is accident it means a person is not aware about the future situation that something will be wrong with has/her in next moment.

Finally i request you to please exchange my mobile phone which has burnt in fire badly because i am paying monthly EMI and insurance money for this useless product. So request you to please exchange of make my mobile as earlier ( repair if this is in repairable condition ).
