This is to inform you that I have purchased a Phone ( Samsung Galaxy Note 5) on the month of March 2016. On September I had met with an accident due to which the said phone got damaged and after that I called Tec Protec on their customer service number and they said they will send me a policy forms and need to fill up the details in the form and send it back them. I did as they said and when I asked them when this will process they said within 3 days then I said okay.
After that I didn't receive a single call from them then I thought it was my problem so better I call them so my bad days begin I called them many times they said it will be done and they took 2 months instead of 3 days. But without losing my patience I waited and then one fine day when I called them after 2 and half months they said they will pick up phone and sent me the Fedex pick up documents and they also told me to send all the original documents so I did as they said and I sent everything according to them and then I called them they said within 8 days they will repair my phone and send it back to me.
So I was waited for 15 days and no sign of my phone and then on December when I called them they said my policy was not registered and I need to go to Ezone for registering my policy. Now my question is if my policy was not registered why did they pick up my phone?
But without thinking any bad things I called Ezone and they have given me the number of Mr. Suvra Nandy and he helped me by doing the registration of my policy. And then again I called Tec Protec continuously by wasting almost 30 to 60 minutes everytime before I could talk to the executives of Tec Protec. And now they said since everything has been done from my part they will repair the phone and send it back to me on my address and sometimes they said that my phone is repaired and they will send it on the following day.
So I really got fed up and then I thought I have shown them enough of my patience from 4 months and now I need to talk to them seriously about my phone.
So now they say that since my policy has been registered on December instead of the time I purchased my phone they cannot help me in repairing my phone and they wanted to send my unrepaired phone so the Tec Protec people want me to send them an email by stating ' I need my phone as it is' and they will return my unrepaired phone.
Wow! What a lovely experience with these Tec Protec people.
