I have registered for insurance claim of my phone lenovo k8 note which was broken in an accident. They sent me form to fill up. I have sent the form with all the required documents. But they say that they did not received any documents. I have sent the documents again. When i contact them they sometimes say that phone is under repair sometimes say repair is at hold because of insufficient documents. Everytime i call, they say it will take...

I have registered a complaint for mobile claim as my phone was accidentally damaged.
But despite of several email and follow up, company is rejecting my claim again and again.
However my complaints for this case is under terms and conditions of company documents of accidental and liquid damage protection of handset.

I was registered with amtrust on my mobile which was damaged and under insurance. The claim was submitted to amtrust. After registration on May 26, 2018, my mobile was picked up for repairs on 11 June 2018.

Till today, 22nd of July 2018, I have not received my handset and tell me clearly how long my iPhone will be available. I need to have my corrected iPhone back in 3 days.
