I have purchased a Lyf flame 7 phone from Mobile store on 5th Sept 16 where they forced me to purchase Insurance which is provided by Amtrust mobile solution pvt ltd in coordination with ICICI Lombard general insurance company Ltd. On 20th Nov my phone got damaged due to liquid content inside the phone. I filed a claim on 21st Nov where customer case representative asked me my details along with incident details. They told me the some representative would collect my phone, charger, Phone bill, insurance copy. On 1st Dec one representative came at home and collected everything. I got the confirmation from Amtrust mobile company that my phone has received for repairing and will communicate about the repairing after investigation.
Post that I dropped many communication over mail, tried calling they said that its under investigation. on 3rd of Jan they confirmed me over mail that it will be repaired and delivered within 15 working days. I called after 15 days then they said this phone cant be repaired hence it will be replaced within 5-7 working days( I have mail confirmation) . Again after 10 days when I called then on 1st feb, customer care said to me that its under repair. I shouted them what is going on, one person saying its under replacement another is saying that its under repair. Then I asked them to get this call transfer to Sr person but they didn't. After sometime the same representative told me that it will be surely replaced within 5 working day but still no response.
I am fed of following these guys. It seems its fraud company. They took my phone and not giving me my phone back. I have all documentation available. I will go to consumer court for this company Was this information helpful? |
