Amulyam.in — balance deducted from my amulyam wallet.

I am a old user of amulyam.in with user id neetu. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no 750*11. On 22 nov i was recharging with rs 245. My balance deducted after pressing confirm to pay button. My previous wallet balance was 265.68rs but after deduction only 20.68rs were left. It was due to server problem that no recharge transaction id was generated. And my latest transaction was not shown in debit history. But there is a clear difference of 245rs between total debits and debit history. And the time of recharge its server was stopped. That is why transaction was not successful. But my wallet balance was deducted with rs 245. I request amulyam to refund my deducted wallet balance. As it is hard earned money of spending much time on amulyam.in. It was earned in about 11 months. Please return it back to my wallet.
