Amway — not refunded the debited amount for my account

I have ordering amway product online and money was debited some amount of rs 5975 from my bandhan bank account at 15.11.17 but order has been cancel due to internet problem. I had complaining near my amway office they say amount should be refunded shortly but the amount not be refunded. I want to refund my debited amount so what can i do now
