The protein powder when added in milk gives fizzy appearance like an aerated drink and exhibits a bubbling sound. The product has not expired. Seems as i[censored]nhealthy to consume. The experts are called in for justification. Incase the product does not comply with the laid nutrition standards, it needs to be scrapped off. I made an order on 12 th october 2017 and ordered cherry iron and shaving cream and paid rs.1039 through net transfer (We ref no[protected] dated 12/10/2017).

But i recieved only the shaving cream, but the cherry iron tablets were not there in the parcel.

This is Somasundaram. I have placed a order[protected] on 09/09/2009. The order is not received . I repeatedly called customer care, they said that it was dispatched from chennai to salem. When we called the salem amway office they gave a receipt number([protected]) for the courier. When we asked them they said that they had delivered that parcel to someone else. When we asked again they shouted at us, saying that whatever you can...

We ordered three product named amway nutrilite daily multivitamin from amazon but we found barcode is missing in these 3 bottle’s . We can’t use a product without a barcode because there is high change that product is fake. We connected with amazon about it
Request you to plz look into it . As i invested 4971 Rs on these . plz don’t send these kinda product to us

Tooth paste of Amway company is very Useless. Because I use this Paste.

I order my items yesterday from amway and the amount is deducted from my account to amway and the bank is saying that amway has received the money but amway is saying not paid so please refund my money and please check your received money for the same.

I was placing an order of amway amounting ₹4, 781 and for making payment I chose UPI option. The amount has been debited to my bank account but still it shows unpaid. I want either my refund back from Amway or place my order successfully.

Hi. I'm Akash Singh from Kolkata, West Bengal want to share my experience about the skincare products. It all start 7 years ago(16 yrs old), I was facing a minimal acne problem, and as my father is an ABO he took me to the Amway outlet and there i was being consulted with the so-called "skin SPECIALIST". He suggested me few Artistry products, I know people say that Artistry is THE BEST brand when it comes to skincare. But let me tell you that this is ###, Artistry only makes a good skin better or maybe as it is. Anyway, he suggested me Artistry balancing CTM and skin refinishing lotion. My father bought all the products then and there except skin refinishing lotion because it was not available at that time. I used CTM for a week and i got surprised by the outstanding results. Then a week later I purchased the skin refinishing lotion( the worst ever decision i made in my entire life). I starting using it and within 3-4 days new pimples started popping out on my skin so i again headed to the amway outlet and consulted ma'am about it. She said "This is how it works! It first takes out all the dirt and everything which then results in popping of few acnes and then everything will be fine". So i followed what she said and it was very difficult for me to have patience but i did. Within a month, Acne was all over my face So i stopped using it and again consulted and she said the same thing again. Being dumb, I again followed her and used it for weeks and then it horrible to look at me. So i stopped using it but the acnes never stopped. And then i consulted with a dermatologist and he helped me out of the situation. Then for the time being i was using Artistry cleaner and moisturizer not toner( because Doctor told me not to use toner). It was all fine. Then suddenly one day Amway stopped manufacturing Artistry balancing CTM and came up with new and improved cleanser and light lotion(moisturizer). Let me tell you, you could never see a pathetic product than that. I used and i now my face is full of acne and have big scars, totally ### up. Amway skincare products doesn't work on damaged skin, it only works on good skin to keep it good and also it can make your good skin worse. I would like to request Amway to bring back Artistry balancing CTM and also recruit a knowledgeable skin SPECIALIST because last time i went to her she was giving a test and trial opinion as if I'm a subject.

I am a Amway preferred customer. I bought glucosamine on August month and I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it before 30 days in an amway store in Chennai.They got the product from me and told that I would be refunded in 3 to 7 days.I got notification that the refund of Rs.2516 is in process. But now its November still I didn't got the refund. In this period I have called customer care 3 times and gone to tge store several times. But they always say the same thing that refund will be returned in 3 days.

Hi, I’m one of your distributor fm penang, Malaysia.just want to express my disappointment towards your employees who that you choose to become a frontlines o[censored]r big names such as AMWAY.I’m a loyal consumer of this brand but this is my 1st time i get the bad experience with ur staff n service. It was happened at one o[censored]r store at karpal singh penang, Malaysia. Fyi my place here was announced conditional movement control order by government because of covid19, therefore i ask my friend who stay nearby the store to help me buy some stuffed.the staff name nurulhakima md yusoff was serve my friend was rude n told my friend that she cannot buy for me, the owner need to come by myself. Then my friend ask her for 2 times either she can buy or not, the staff ignored her n scan the things.after that she warned my friend there’s no more next time. This is called customer service? What a shamed! Since when only owner can buy at store? I guessed she is the new staff coz I’m quite long with amway n i never had this bad experience before!! There’s a way how to say no to ur customers without make them hurt. I spoke this on behalf of all customers service out there coz I’m in the same line too!

Enclosed please find herewith the transaction details happened during placing an order in www.amway.in website. Transaction was successful from my phonepe app. But amway authorities did not receive the payment. That's why the order was not completed.

My id no. is 14460928. I had ordered Amway product for two times and the amount also got deducted two times but only to show that the confirmation has failed. Instead of repeated complaints I did not receive any response from your side. It was very hard earned money and I cannot waste it simply in your faulty online ordering system. Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

The distributor sold a foundation worth rs. 3225. They did not provide with a bill and when asked for said that they've lost it. When return was demanded they blatantly refused and we're extremely hostile.

I had ordered amways products on 13th july. I then went to the shop on 24th july in order to return all the products. I did receive a receipt and acknowledgement that my money of rs 15971 will be refunded in 1 week. It has been 2 weeks now and am yet to receive the money

They keep dodging the question and say escalation is done, wait for 1 day but nothing happens.

I have placed my order on 2nd july and i received msg of successful delivery on 11 th of june even though i haven't received it yet... Now it's been 15 days no reverts from amway... At least they must have informed us.. We r still waiting.. Plz suggest smtg..

It has been almost 10days have been passed but still my order has not been shipped yet.If it is not possible for Amway to deliver order then why company has taking orders.Therefore kindly deliver my order on priority basis or cancel the same and refund money.
