Amway — opened and wet box

Hello sir/ma'am,
When the delivery came it was opened and was wet and 5 products in the box was missing so kindly resend all products or take it or refund it. If it will be like this then i don't want to do this business. I didn't expect likes this rather than good. So please see this and send all 5 product which was persona soap boxes. Please see after it.
