I had bought certain Amway products from their store with the help of their counsellor and representative with Distributor Number[protected], Name - Yamuna.
The products did not suit me and I had to return the same. I went to the store on 23/01/2017 but was not aware of the process. We need ABO/ Distributor Number for returning the products. First, the lady was reluctant to share her ABO number and was rude as well. On being forced she shared her number, and the return amount was supposed to be credited to her account by Feb 2017, 1-2nd week. I was just given a credit note as proof.
However, its been 2 months now and in spite of several reminders the lady has not returned the due amount. She is not able to do online transfer to my account or to any online wallets saying she is not aware of them, though she works in a reputed IT company (HP).
Please help me with this as I tried reaching Amway Support and they were asking me to verify about the representative details which I am not aware of. Needless to say no help from their end.
