Amway — Worst service and very misbehaved employee

This is your new distributor sonali vishwakarma. Ada no. Is 11534212. I need to inform you that on 4th may i have visited amway office of isbt bhopal (Madhya pradesh) near hotel rajhans. And i have purchased total of 4980 cost products including hair scalp tonic worth rs.1590. And when i opened the bottle at home it was used & opened. I went to the office to return it back but the employes were very misbehaved specially mr. Wasim posted operation manager there. He said approval is needed to return d purchased item. I cant understand your policies. Very bad experience, so much disappointed. I left the bottle at the office only without my money back or new bottle back. Now i want my hair scalp tonic delivered at my home address. I'll never purchase any amway product in future. Also never suggest to people.
