Amzon.in — Complaint against Amzon.in worst service

Hi, I order a raincoat from Amzon.in Rs 723 i order L size after 2 days i got my prodcut when i checked it its very tight so same day i send a mail to replace it to XL size but its a week i continuesly mail & called to Amzon.in they didn't n given proper respons i tried to contact that Amzon seller but no one can called me till now for resloved my issue . so i need your help to reslove my issue, the previous raincoat i packed same & kept in my address . So my request pls contact to Amzon they collect the previous L size raincoat & given me new XL size Or refund my amount & collect the product so I order again new one ...Please resloved my issue ASAP .
