I am writing on behalf of Association of buyers of Residential flats in Sai Towers, Paradesipalem, Marikavalasa, Survey 112/2B part 112/2C, SRO Madhurawada 315
Building Permit Order B.A.No. 13424/2015/ACP-I,

The developer has not obtained legal sanction for this building and NOC clearance from concerned authorities even after 4 years of starting construction. Due to this reason, the current inhabitants of the above said Apartment are now considered illegal occupancy. the buyers are unable to pay their house tax as the building has no legal sanction. Amenities like Sewage connection & Water Connection are denied by Municipal authorities. The Electric Connection given to the building is on a temporary basis.

I request the kind authorities to inquire into the matter and take appropriate action at the earliest and save the investors and buyers from duping their hard earned money.
