Please justify as to why the most derogatory article on Korean pop music culture has been featured in your newspaper? This is clearly giving a wrong impression about the fandoms to the elderly and the uninformed. You're willfully conveying wrong information. Our dedication for our preferred artists' have been given the mask o[censored]nhealthy obsession when it's only a handful of the people involved who do have unhealthy obsession. Regarding the leading K-pop group, if you don't know their proper or stage names DO NOT USE. Their fan-given nicknames aren't meant for newspaper article and definitely not for derogatory articles like yours. And NOT EVEN THE NAMES HAVE BEEN WRITTEN PROPERLY. THE LACK OF RESEARCH IS EVIDENT. Please remember your responsibilities as the "leading" Bengali newspaper of India and refrain from conveying misleading informationNot a single charity work or donation done by the fandoms have been mentioned. If you want to write an article for trp or whatever write a good one keeping in mind the huge no. Of people reading it, K-pop fans will read it. Its insulting. Do something about it.
Also the article hardly mentions BTS, the headline has clearly been given with their name for dragging attention and by doing so you've sacrificed your own reputation for all you've ever mentioned is the negative impacts and that too in an extremely insulting way which will give the haters a voice to send more hatred to not only BTS but all the other Korean artists who are trying to do some good in the world.
IF YOU ARE OF THE OPINION THAT ITS THE SHINY COSTUMES AND OUTFITS THEY WERE DURING THEIR PERFORMANCES WHICH DAZZLE US, YOU ARE TERRIBLY MISTAKEN. EDUCATE YOURSELF. Your own superficial mentality is coming into show here.
Now, about BTS. Not a good thing about them has been mentioned altho the heading says it's about them. Where are all the charity work and donation work done by them mentioned? What about the black lives movement $1M donation which was matched by the ARMY within 24 hours? What about the UNICEF LOVE MYSELF campaign? What about their Speech at the UN assembled for two years in a row? WHAT ABOUT THEIR LYRICS WHICH ARE RELEVANT TO THIS GENERATION, TALKING ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH, SELF LOVE, SELF CARE AND FINDING HAPPINESS AND PURPOSE IN LIFE? Do you care to mention these? LOOK UP, LEARN, RESEARCH, EDUCATE YOURSELF, AND PLEASE, KNOW THEIR *NAMES* .
