I am following up with you about one fraud advertisement (Payforit.co.in) circulated in your online newspaper. In the advertisements, you have mentioned Anandabazar digital brand and Payforit jointly advertising this product. It appears that the company is fraudulent and their website is not working now.

Can you please let me know what I can do right now? Like many other anandabazar customers, I also purchased some items and I can see no progress about shipment and their website is no longer working.

The circulation of Ananda bazar patria at Purulia, has a bad reputation since long time. Often I observe, if there is a free sample, local vendors tear off that particular page or portion.

Today similarly I observed that the front advertising page is missing and torn off carefully. I don't know whether there was any free sample or not. Earlier I had reported this matter to you but got no reply.

I am using Ananda Bazar Patrika since last 50 years. But presently noticed
that your main focus is Corona related issues in your 1st page and headlines.
When other burning areas out of touches..I feel you are misleading common people by publishing panicking news on the new variant O-micron spreads. You failed to appreciate that this new variant
B.1..1.529 having fast spreading abilities with almost no physical symptoms and hospitalization. This new virus cant be detected thru RTPCR test and need Genome Sequencing only to find out presence of a Virus and which is mild in nature and not at all harmful. In next few days it may spread to 90% population and there would not be need of Oxygen or hospitalization in most of the case. My question is, why without knowing this you are daily making our life miserable by publishing such news ? Pl appreciate your circulation is wide and common people are deeply panicked and you are adding salt to it.

My daughter's profile ID is AW84514606 and I am under premium exclusive plan for six months from 27/09/2021. I was told by your sales department that I will be offered a scheme, which will provided me all the desired contacts from all the online matrimonial sites by the RM. Depending on his statement, I handed over a cheque of 25000/- and no initiative is apparently taken till 21/10/2021 to provide contacts from other matrimonial sites. Unfortunately, we found that the number of desired prospective grooms is very limited in ABP weddings in comparison to another established matrimonial site.
Finally, I personally requested for a few contacts from another matrimonial site and I was told by the RM that the numbers were blocked.
I had to pay separately to the mentioned site to get the numbers on 21/10/2021.
I am extremely unhappy against the service, provided by ABP weddings and want to discontinue all our relationships immediately. I wrote to [protected]@abpweddings.com in this context on 21/10/2021 but no initiative has been taken till date to resolve the issue.
Please initiate the refund at earliest as I have already paid to another established site to get the contacts and no support is required from ABP weddings.

On 4th August 2021, a misleading news got published in the columns of Ananda Bazar Patrika (Uttar Banga pages). In the newspaper it came out that the District topper of the district of Dakshin Dinajpur in the CBSE Class 10th exam 2021 was Tiyasha Paul of DAV Public School, Balurghat. She scored 98.6%.But the reality is that the District topper of that district in the CBSE Class 10 Board exams is Mihita Debnath of Techno India Group Public School, Balurghat. She scored 98.8%.
Such type of false and misleading news from Ananda Bazar Patrika, which is one of the leading newspapers of West Bengal, is really very disappointing and unexpected. We expect that the concerned agency should look into the matter and publish the correct news after proper verification as soon as possible.

I would like to inform that on 16th June in Anandabazar Patrika at the page of 8, in the right side we can see the report that St. Xavier's College has already started to release admission form for Undergraduate Course and also write there that the Principle of St. Xavier's College decide to take entrance exam for Undergraduate students to know their subject's depth. But I am extremely sorry to say that I search the college website about 7 times and I till now see any admission form release news there and the website they write that "the application form to be released". In the college website there is nothing describe not only the application form has already started to give but also any entrance exam information. It is not expecting from Anandabazar Patrika. It is completely wrong information about admission.

In this pandemic situation this wrong information is not expect from a reputed newspaper. Your early action is highly appreciated.

Myself Mohammad Nayeem, 74 yrs. old Senior citizen, customer ID[protected]ananda bazaar & telegraph subscription) have submitted a cheque no. 505033 dtd. 04.02.2020 for an amount of Rs. 2502/- of SBI Bank, which has been debited on 11.02.2020 but till date subscription coupon has not received yet. In this regard I have given many reminders through WhatsApp (dtd. 23rd July, 9th September & 21st October, 2020) & email dtd. 13.11.2020 & 15.12.2020 and also sent my son to enquire about this but no proper reply received.

In today's (12th Feb 2021) paper under topic "ekti cola can ei sare 23 lakher ghatak" they mentioned,
100 nanometres = 1 meter / (10 thousand crore)
This is completely wrong. The correct one is :
100 nanometres = 1 meter / (1 crore)

The mysterious death case of the late actor Mr. Sushant Singh Rajputis still under CBI investigation . The agency hasn't come to any conclusion yet !

Recently I came across an article about the korean boy band BTS & their fandom ARMY through your daily article . They have been directed towards negative limelight and their activities which are mostly charity donations to help out those who are in need have been totally ignored. Instead the article focused more on stating how BTS is demolishing today's generation and it has also been seen that the amount of effort they put on their lyrics to give people a message of comfort and hope, there has been an implication about how the BTS fandom solely consists of teenage and hysterical girls when the reality is totally opposite of what has been written. For your kind information the fandom does not only consists of teenagers but also have people around 30's-40's from all the ethnicities and different races. So I would like to accomplish that there should be done more research on the group & fandom before comprising such baseless articles. It hampers both the Group's and fandom's reputation.
I hope this matter will be solved as soon as possible and I'm looking forward to your positive response.

I recently came across an article on kpop boy band BTS which was published on 14th Dec 2020. There were many hateful comments on the boy band as well as racist comments on our fellow North East Indians. With the growing popularity of kpop in India as well as all over the world the said article was very disrespectful. You described their fandom as 'teenagers who are obsessed with looks' but the fact is this fandom consist of people of different age, cast, gender and creed. BTS is well known as the Global Ambassador o[censored]NICEF. They are known for donating 1 million usd to BLM and their fandom (ARMY) matched that 1 million usd and donated it to BLM. During the recent Assam flood the Indian Fans donated a sum total of 6 lakh and 2+ lakhs to the government for the Corona patients. The said fandom also raised money to donate to the ngos who provide food and fodder to cancer patients in India even donated to an organization who runs night schools in India. There might be a part of our fandom who are teens but beside of all our craze we donate as well. BTS taught us to love ourselves, to become a better version of ourselves and to cherish all the little things in our lives.

I've seen you quoting the negativity but not the positive influence the band and the fandom has. Please do further reserarch before writing any article on someone. Your lack of research can leave a negative impact on others. Considering how big you are in West Bengal this was quite unprofessional of you and your team.

BTS K POP er অন্যতম একটি নাম ওই 7 টা ছেলে কত ভেঙে যাওয়া মানুষ কে বাঁচতে শেখাই কত মানুষ কে প্রতিদিন স্বপ্ন দেখতে শেখাই,

Artical টা যদি ওদের Struggle এর Stroy লেখা হতো কীভাবে ওরা একদম শূন্য থেকে আকাশ ছোঁয়া সাফল্য পেলো এবং পাচ্ছে এই সন্বন্ধে লেখা হতো তাহলে কত ছেলেমেয়ে Inspiration পেতো ।।
