I am B s sudha from bangalore, i have been in pathetic problem from anand service. it has been more than 27days raised after complain but nothing has been done to my request, Jun 7th executive from costumer care dept. Told to me and committed for replacement of product within 2 to 3 days. i have been ask to not to use the product also. i have given invoice and necessary things required be them. no one from service dept responding to take initiative to solve complain. my question is why they committed for replacement and not doing. my suggestion to them is don't give wrong commitment and play with customers.
